Aliens - A need to know - The Greatest Cover-up of all time (Timothy Good lecture)

Hi everybody, this is my first real thread on ATS so hopefully it’s not a disaster.

I came across this lecture by Timothy Good a while ago and though some may disagree I found it quite impressive, it’s from 2011 and was given in Amsterdam, I’ve done a quick search and didn’t find anything about this particular lecture so hope I’m not repeating old news. (similar to some C2C interview on here)

I don’t know what everybody’s opinion is of Mr Good but he seems like a clued up man who has done a lot of research interviewing key witnesses, astronauts, military and intelligence specialists, politicians and scientists since 1961, generating a great deal of compelling evidence. He seems credible to me and has been invited for discussions at the Pentagon in 1998, and at the headquarters of the French Air Force in 2002.

The content of the video covers alot of aspects of the UFO phenomenon in a comprehensive manner such as UFOs depicted in old religious art, he talks of incidents of crashed UFOs and the tech being gathered and hidden in “black” programmes, and occasions where aircraft have disappeared or been shot down by UFOs. It’s lengthy, about 1 hour 30 mins but well worth a look at if you have the the time and your on the fence about the whole UFO/alien issue.

I remember meeting the guy (2002 if my memory serves me )
And he came across as a very informed and intelligent man
But extremely troubled - too many of these so called researchers or whistle blowers are far too blasé , this man was a seriously troubled mind
And remember some one commenting ( believe it was a Canadian advisor )
That new methods of energy production and propulsion said that such technologies were being willingly with held as the technology was the basis of future weaponry - and therefore secret to prevent possible future enemy's easy access and use of these techs that are reasonably easy to reproduce one you have the knowledge
So essentially the worlds getting raped because the means to live a better cleaner existence in better harmony with the world we live on becose some ones secret weapon uses that tech
Imagine if every one had tesla towers , plasma weapons, anti grav, ect
That's why tech is surpresed
To stop it falling into the wrong hands and being weaponised
Say we mastered how to extract the awesome power of hydrogen from water - huge amounts of clean energy from a easily available source - to the wrong people 1 bottle of evian now becomes a city killer

This guy is no fraud! Good is truly Good! His body language alone confirms his convictions are truthful!!

His logic, material and points made are sound!

His points about Terrestial Astros have been trained to fly Alien craft and this fits with BA's statement on the news about us having already been to Mars.

With all the other material and indicative evidence now available, along with the witnesses now gathered by the disclosure project then its hard to conclude anythng other than Aliens exist, have been here. are here and have been coming here long before us!!!

Timothy Good is also one of the "good guys" on the subject.

But there is a big BUT involved with him......

While his books are typically pretty good, he tends to put the most insane and unbelievable sightings in them. In one of his books, I forget which one now, I have a huge library of Ufology books, but he writes a story about a Robot attacking a man.

I know of that report and I have no reason to see why one would single that out as ridiculous. It's as well researched and in my view as plausible as any other, however I do agree that he is one of the best in the field. A true scholar and a gentlemen and we need more like him. Dolan, is following in his footsteps quite nicely.

Great post for any one that is unfamiliar with him. (Wish I'd managed to go to that conference. I was in Holland the week before!)

Well you get a S&F from me. What I think about Timothy Good hasn't changed since I posted in Blackout's thread link.

A word of warning about Timothy Good, his willingness to believe a variety of accounts has grown dramatically in recent years. In interviews, he tells some incredible stories without any evidence other than someone told him. I think it's the 'Alien Bases' book that describes the Italian alien base? Daily, a truck delivers several tons of food and the food gets 'beamed down' to the base. Literally vanishes. Inside the base are human-like aliens up to 9 feet in height. One of these guys regularly walks around in public. 9 feet tall?

I think ufology isn't a mentally-healthy place to spend too much time in. It's a constant shaving away of what we see as reality and some lose touch with it altogether. I think some people follow these steps -

1 - UFOs are alien visitors
2 - If aliens are visiting, they probably land
3 - If they land, the Govt must know
4 - To land and not be noticed must mean some look just like us
5 - This means they must walk among us
6 - If they walk among us they could be in Govt
7 - If they're in Govt, they could be ruling us
8 - And so on...

Before you know it, the world's populated by aliens and the 'Govt' is doing deals. By the time you've gotten this far down the path, you're easy-pickings for 'whistle-blowers' because critical-thinking has been shaved away. I'm not saying Good has gone this far from where he started off, but it's a process that does occur.

Years ago, he spoke of a telepathic encounter with a female 'alien' in a US city. Now, whether this happened as he described, or not, it would be enough to open your mind to possibilities the rest of us wouldn't entertain. If you suddenly *knew* aliens were amongst us, it would be a huge upheaval for what you understood as *real.*

Agreed. I like his books, but his willingness to believe everyone and anyone no matter how insane the case is is his only fault. But its a pretty big fault.

His books have some outrageous cases in them. They are still fun reads though!

A troubled mind ........knows more than he should and more than he lets on ( but lacks credible evidence or reference- doent work on hear say )which has obviously put great strain on his health and personel life - (yep met the mrs too ) his sources are often trusted friends and world respected in their fields
After years of research, and ridicule trying to inform the world of some of what happens and knowing just how dark and deceitful our governments are is gonna put strain on you
Most of us BELIVE in alien beings and get ridiculed and frustrated by the ignorance of others and the deceit of tptb

Tim's got as far as 5, they must walk among us, based on the experience you mention and another one in a hotel in New York.

You're right, Tim has done massive amounts of research. I would suggest anyone who believes there is nothing to the UFO phenomenon should read one of his books - the sheer volume of reliable cases leaves no doubt there is something that needs explaining. However, you can also argue that he has reported many less reliable cases. Whether you feel this makes the work more complete or detracts from his books is down to the reader.

yeah i understand what your saying about his willingness to publish things, in that lecture up top he included some sketchy photos, one was the tall human looking man u spoke of which i believed at first and another alien appearing badly burnt i had seen the photo before and thought it was obviously fake but who knows...Gotta take the pics with a grain of salt ha

Alot of what he says isnt far out there but all those people on the fence i think could be swayed by watching/reading some of his stuff.

Yeah your right that would be enough to trouble any bodies mind, one thing i like about him is his material doesnt seem too sugar coated when he speaks of retaliation etc, which interested me. I would like to know how many species are visiting and what they want but all the good info seems to be far out of reach!!

Sorry I should clarify they were not married but from the little I saw a lovely couple that were well suited to each other.

Exactly.

He tells it well but seems to mix in a lot of garbage with some good stuff. That pic of a saucer hovering in a residential neighborhood certainly looked silly, along with a lot of other stuff without which the whole presentation might have been really first-rate.

Bill....I tried...I mean...REALLY tried to listen to this guy but even though he was saying some very close to reality things....his delivery of word and a persons ability to endure it....is like chewing glass while you are on a bus....and really have to use the bathroom.

I am not trying to be rude and I know you said it was your first topic posted so I want to let you know the idea is sound and your topic has very real merit!....I just can't wait for this guy to get the words out of his mouth! I am a performer and I know how to handle a very large audience...maybe it's just me but....waiting for this guy to say something is KILLING ME! LOL! Please don't take offense....I think you are a good poster.

I think alot of the stuff he has to say is good if your on the fence and are trying to decide on whether aliens exist or not but if you already have prior knowledge it would be a bit tedious. So many people make posts saying prove this, prove that and i guess in a way this was intended for those types. How far did u make it?

Cheers for not ripping it to shreads haha, hopefully it can help for some people, I know you are opposed to the idea of disclosure but i cant help but think it would help human evolution in leaps and bounds, but in saying that i know my ignorance on the subject.
