It seems like there are many different kinds of people in here and the atmosphere is definitely more relaxed than in many other forums.

As for me I try to improve my heart and mind in daily life. I practice Falun Dafa(a high level Qi Gong from China, now banned by the Communists because 100 million people started doing it in 7 years..) and I try to assimilate myself to Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance in daily life.

It is not so easy to love those people who dislike you but actually it is those people who really can make you improve yourself, so please cherish them, just my advice...
