I don't look at myself in mirrors if I can avoid it. Or as Friedrich Nietzsche once said:

"He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you"

And that's why I usually avoid mirrors.

Did you really mean "accepted or excepted?"
They have radically different meanings depending on which word you choose.

OK.

When I look in the mirror I look like some sort of animal. My aryan blue eyes are dead and the face deadly pale.
It's like some other person is looking at you.
If I stare the facial features change and become strange and "monstrous". Sometimes eyes melt down the face and the teeth turn to yellow fangs. I see people with yellow fangs when I close my eyes at night very clearly

There is the occult use of mirrors, called psychomantium (or psychomanteum) and Dr. Raymond Moody did experiments with those, putting a mirror in complete darkness and sitting before it. You'l see spirits or prophetic things. You might see an image of yourself as death. This is why that stuff scares me so much. Occultists like what is called a black scrying mirror.

I've tried staring into the mirror, no changes
I guess I'm stuck with unwavering good looks

In 1912 in Villisca Iowa, a family was murdered in their beds, and the killer felt the need to cover their mirrors.

Case Review

On the night of June 9 – 10 1912 an offender (or possibly offenders) identity unknown entered the Moore house and murdered all eight individuals present. Among the victims were Josiah (Joe) and Wife Sarah (Montgomery) Moore, Herman, Katherine, Boyd and Paul Moore, Lena and Ina Stillinger (friends of the Moore family).

All victims were found in their beds. Having been killed where they slept.

All of the curtains on windows were drawn and all of the mirrors in the house were covered

So that the soul won't get trapped therein?

guilt would be the reason for that.It is the same reason killers with at least some sense of guilt dont really want to know victims names and why negotiators in hostage situation try to bring forth their potential victims names.

Often Murderers also cover victims faces because of the same reason.
Amurderer covers up mirrors:

A.a pshycological reason
B.a Paranormal reason

So yeah ,if you go searching for something paranormal every day ,all day, you will find it even in the most mundane things.

Abouts a year and ahalf back, I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, and I indirectly saw my mirror reflection in the dim of the nightlight. It scared me, because my eyes looked all black, and my face looked like it was pale and melting. Awhile after that, I had to visit a Doctor several times, due to a bad health issue that came up. (I learned in a very painful manner, that I have diverticulosis)
