Mystery School Secret
This is a very cryptic quote and passage with reference to secrets of mystery schools. The idea that "the Race is not to the swift nor the Battle to the Strong" implies an understanding of war that is not for the goals that most regular people believe they are fighting for.
The quote continues "Do you not think an Angel rides in the Whirlwind and directs this Storm?". This continues the mystery school tactic which is saying that a oppositional group is used for provocating the main party that leads the direction of the offensive of the main base.
An example of this tactic is lets say the government wants to launch an unfavorable war to invade Afghanistan or Iraq, but the people have no reason to invade and couldnt care less of doing such a thing and dont want to distract themselves from their own personal lives that matter to go fight a war in some desert around the world. Therefore the tactic suggests that creating a fake enemy made up of people who are really agents from the government to provoke the people into demanding war. The agents posing as the enemy are now considered like angels directing the whirlwind, main base. Whereever the agents possing as the enemies go a trail of destruction chases after them in the form of the main base. A real life example is Bin Laden, a CIA trained agent, who was the legitamacy for getting the American people to invade any country they believed in was hidding in or could lie was supporting him. President Bush invaded Iraq with accusations Saddam was supporting Bin Laden, which turned out to be lies because Saddam hated Bin Laden. President Bush also invaded Afghanistan chasing after Bin Laden with a coalition of western forces. America also waged war and help Pakistan wage war against all oppositional parties against Illuminati allies in Pakistan causing a purge that destorys all potential opposition to Illuminati allies in Pakistan government when they start to betray its own people.
If not for Bin Laden how else could President Bush continue in his father's footsteps of launching another Crusade. It was only Bin Laden which allowed President Bush to be like his father with the second gulf war and being A Chief of Staff in a major international conflict.

President Bush gave this speech on his inauguration in January 21 of 2001, this was 6 months before September 11. In his inaugural speech just before he concludes with his blessings for America he gives the thumbs up for things to come regarding using this ancient mystery school tactic:

He confirms a trail of destruction is coming with an agent being used to provoke the America massives.

Moriah Conquering Wind is a Secret Army that is a massive Breeding Program (remember the Clone Army bred in the newer Star Wars Movies). Its main base of members is enlisted by being birthed. Wifes and Husband are told how many children to have to fill the ranks. Other members are brought in through other methods. There's just one problem with this.

Fundementalist and those like them love Israel. Fundementalist believe that Israel are God's chosen people, and that is why an odd relationship exists between the Christians and the Jews.

The script you are presenting does not fit into any of the eschatological interpretations I have ever seen, and I have seen and read many...both scholarly and academic, and fictional, even the sensational.

Any armies that come against Israel will actually be part of either the AntiChrist forces or of the Dragon/ Armies of the East. By the USA and NATO attacking Israel, it will cause Fundementalist Christians to actually act against the US Government as being the AntiChrist Army or joined with the AntiChrist.

Even now, thre is a lot of agitation and disbelief at the diplomatoc flaps between Obama and Netenyahu. Many Fundementalist Christians and Jews are disturbed by the growing wedge between USA and Israel... this is one of the subtle elements that has led many to seriously or jokingly wonder if Obama is the AntiChrist.

You can see support for Israel by Christians juxtaposed against cultural icons here in the South, generally the hot bed of Christian Fundementalism. Just ride through the rolling countryside of Virginia or North Carolina...and you will see it. Glaring, blinking roadside signs in front of churches proclaiming "We Support Israel" or "Pray for Our Troops. Pray For Israel"...or in people's yard will be an Israeli Flag...right beside an American Flag or a Confederate Battle Flag. One home I ride by has a Virginia state flag, the First Flag of the Confederacy, and an Israeli Flag, and a Christian flag.

For fear of becomining long winded, let me close by saying that a war...however manufactured, against Israel...even with an AntiChrist... would not bode well for the USA. There are a few different types of Fundementalist Christians.

Some are pacifist...peaceful and forgiving and fearful of the end. They would go underground and hide from the "beast government" and await the rapture and trying to avoid "the mark" and internment or death by that government.

Some would come out and fight the "beast government" as "The Army of God" or in the classic hymn "Onward All Ye Christian Soldiers"...this would unleash pure hell here i the USA. I do not doubt a large number would be killed by superior firepower and technology. However, many of these old boys are verterans, military trained, know how to hunt and use multiple types of weapons, and they already have them...many, many of them, they know the terrain, and could operate a guerilla type war that would do to the USA what happened to the Balkans about 16 years ago.

Then you would have some that would come out and start to witness, and evengelize, and preach... throwing themselves and sacrificing themselves aginst the government as martyres...and any inprisonment, punishment, detention, prosecution and perscution would only reinforce the idea that they were doing the "Lord's work" and only back up what is written in the Bible about" the end times."

Such events would only push those that are "sitting on the fence" into the "Fundementalist Fold" because it would appear that the "crazies" were right all along...the Apocolypse is happening and I better get right with God...

Frankly, it just sounds like a bad idea if thought through.
