if the fbi / cia came for you for something said on ATS would you go peacefully or fight

Cia/Fbi. With that Fascist bill to be able to take anyone in the night, not disclose any information about them, and probably even do mind wipes on the neighbors, it doesnt matter WHO shows up.

I will never go with anyone anywhere. Not even once. All they would get from me is a huge lecture about being a hero and a real man.

I don't think you understand the nature of the threat. It doesn't matter where you are or what country you are in. That's just a minor technicality. I would submit to you that if an "agency" wanted to discuss life the universe and everything with you, they could. If they wanted to take you away, they could. If they wanted to kill you, they could. Depending on what message they wanted to leave to the rest of the world, they could take you with a lot of fireworks, or you could suddenly "get sick" unexpectedly. You could become "depressed" and take your own life, or you could simply disappear. Other methods of neutralization include finding kiddie porn on your computer, accusations by others, audits by the IRS, etc. There are so many ways to screw you over that don't even involve physical violence that the idea of you sitting in your living room with a Glock underneath your seat cushion waiting for the Bad Guys to show up is just laughable.

I guess you should opt out of any comments here in this thread then. If you read the question that was being replied to, you would understand that it was a question about whether you would fight to defend your first amendment rights. I am not paranoid nor do I have anything to hide. I was answering a hypothetical question in an amusing manner (my opinion).

If you think that being part of an 'alternative media source' is not getting you on a list of potential subversives, then you are naive and unprepared which is your right. Being unprepared is not something that I am comfortable with. Being prepared is good common sense not paranoia. Many have gotten so comfortable with the 'always on' electrical grid that they would not know what to do when it goes out. Judging by your posts, you are likely one of those that would be looking to people like me to survive if and when TSHTF.

This is an easy one.

I would fight. I love life, but living in fear is not worth living.

Well if the CIA or FBI were to come for me on US soil, I would do the following:
1) I would call the media, make this as big of a circus as possible, and 2 people, to have them call 2 more people and get as much of the public involved as possible.
2) I would not be so rash or stupid as to fight them with weapons, nor would I participate in the arrest, going to dead weight and just relax.
3) I would verbally state 3 times, loud enough for all to hear: I wish to remain silent and I demand a lawyer, that is to be provided to me by the court system. Thus starting the whole drama on their part to honor my rights under the legal system.

There are ways to fight, and sometimes the wisest course of action is to do nothing and say nothing. Remember in any legal situation, saying can be as damming as actually doing an act.

On a side note, hope that I can get a beer summit with the president to smooth things out.

I would say "Oi pal, wrong country, now sling yer hook before I use reasonable force to remove you from my property". Reasonable force is what I call my broadsword at the weekend, and special occasions.

You do realize if you resist they will kill you, our police kill over traffic violations and get away with it literally every single day. Our government is worse than the Nazi's.

They kill you because you give them a reason to... by endangering innocent lives when you try to escape. Haven't you ever watched any videos of some idiot trying to escape from cops???

But, I doubt it would be those agencies knocking on your door. In all probability, an arm of FEMA, under the guise of Homeland Security. Or, your local National Guard. If you are lucky, some might be your neighbors, and you can have a nice civil conversation with them.

Its not a question of fighting unless someone touches another, in which case I will die fighting. Its a question of not going by any means necessary even if that means telling them very clearly who they are and what dark force their weak shallow beings are serving. I would rather die on the spot, won't hurt them unless Spirit takes over because not harming is important to me, or unless they're targetting another. But their Fema is something nightmarish. And I really believe in becoming empowered and doing the arrests. Crossing over is not a fear, for those visions are precious to me, that the mismanagers will be taken to account. So my mouth will not be liked too much by them.

It will be up to Family what happens, because I don't technically believe in harming someone. But someone told me that Spirit can act through us and arrange things in a way that might end up serve and protect.

edit to add: concerning the post below, this isn't about a routine thing, I'm talking on. I'm talking their Fema or haul you away squads.

There is an additional thought I'd like to add here after reading more of the thread since my last post.

If the FBI or other federal agents came to your home, it might very well be on a routine follow-up to a complaint or anonymous tip. Something from ATS could have been reported and they are simply required to go check it out.

Whatever chance one may have had to keep the situation on a fairly light and non-confrontational level flew out the window with the first fighting words the person throws at them. It's then moved to the point of likely arrest and interrogation, rather than simple interview and back at their office..not at your home.

They may have never intended to do more than chat, fill out some forms to say they did chat, and leave. So much for all that when the fight starts..and for what? To hear a few people here talk, all they had to do was knock on the door and identify themselves...and the fight is on.

When I say that I would fight them by any legal means: My logic would be, that because they would have trespassed on private property, were armed and were threatening use of those arms, I could oppose them with deadly force in self defence, unless they surrendered and lay down their weapons.

My greatest concern is that they would have researched my profile and would have come prepared.

That would work for the FBI but the CIA operates out of Pine Gap

Pine Gap is in Australia, a different country.

They still would have no jurisdiction.
