This chat solution was picked because of its secure nature. The Java chat client initiates a direct connection to the Java-based chat server (not part of the abovetopsecret.com domain), so the java-to-java connection is not a typical HTTP web page transfer of data/content. Chat transcripts of public rooms (not private chats) are only available to the admin after a secure log-in on the chat vendor's website. So... it's pretty good.
