I wouldn't even mind paying more taxes if there were a law requiring Congress to balance the budget and imposing criminal sanctions on the sitting members of Congress that didn't balance the budget.

Think that's ever going to happen????

I believe balanced budgets and debt limits should be established as a law, even constitutional one.
