It's not like I don't get the fact that voting in a democracy is a great blessing and privilege.. it's just seems like the vast majority that run and get elected are not playing for the "home team" anymore. I fail to see how if people continue to vote for people that they don't like, how it will make anything better..?!?

If Paul doesn't do well at all this year I am quitting. I have to vote just to see, call it an experiment to see if it is actually possible to vote someone in that isn't the MSM's choice. That is also why I suggest to all people that say they aren't voting to vote for Paul.. why not see? If you are right it doesn't help or hurt, if I am right, you made a little difference.

2010 elections made history, the people came out and voted to begin righting a wrong.
2012 elections will do the same, maybe not as fast as we would like it to do but next year, quite a few politicians, czars and community organizers will be getting a boot up their ....

PS, I vote with my money, time and at the ballot. If you listen hard enough, the silent majority are preparing for 2012

In my state they actually ran adds encouraging people not to vote. It is the one time that your voice will be heard all the way to Washington.

When you vote it is on a number of subjects. There are senators, congressmen, judges, laws, referendums, they may be asking you if they can put a school near you or maybe it will be a prison and you get to vote on it. This is your chance to be heard.

It is your civic duty to take an hour maybe two once every four years and cast your vote in. If you don't like any of the candidates for president then write in someone. At the very least they will know they did not earn your vote. Maybe you have forgotten but there was a election where it came down to a few hundred votes that decided the president and that is when we got President Bush.

For those of you who are not going to vote this year I urge you to reconsider but if you don't vote you have nothing to complain about. Freedom of speech says you can but it will mean nothing coming from someone who doesn't vote. In a lot of cases I think it really does come down to laziness its really sad.

Your perspective and position are more than reasonable, to me.

Sadly.

Certainly the following Scriptures are absolutely true as are the globalist quotes related thereto:

I'm still praying about what to do. I certainly do NOT think that any globalist approved candidate (as they ALL MUST be) is going to do ANYTHING other than further the satanic goals of globalism.

Thankfully, I've been encouraged by several good presentations of the PRE-TRIB RAPTURE the last few months.

Revelation 13:16-18
King James Version (KJV) [public domain]
16And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

17And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

18Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Revelation 14:8-10
King James Version (KJV) [public domain]
8And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

9And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

10The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

Revelation 14:10-12
King James Version (KJV)
10The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

11And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

12Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

Revelation 15:2
And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

Revelation 16:2
And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.

Revelation 19:20
And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Revelation 20:4
And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Aaron Russo and Nick Rockefeller

The following quote in red was told to Aaron Russo, the Hollywood producer of “The Rose”, “Trading Places”, “Wise Guys” and “America, Freedom to Fascism”.

He was the founder of “Restore the Republic”

He attempted to start the Constitution Party in 1994. Aaron died in 2007 of bladder cancer.

The following quote by Nick Rockefeller (David Rockefeller’s brother) is paraphrased by Russo.

“The end goal is to get everybody chipped, to control the whole society, to have the bankers and the elite people control the world”

Nick (Rockefeller)offered Russo membership in the CFR. Russo turned him down.

Henry Ford

The one aim of these financiers is world control by the creation of inextinguishable debts.”
— Henry Ford, American founder of Ford Motor Company

www.paulmcguire.org...

"The powers of financial capitalism had another far reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements, arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences.

Only 30 to 40% of the population does vote so if another 10% didn't it wouldn't make a difference. This is the one time where it doesn't matter if you are rich or poor you are counted as equal. I can guarantee you the rich vote at almost 100%. This is the one time where being the 99% can make a difference and 75% of that 99% will do nothing. You have a man that doesn't have a dollar to his name and his vote counts just as much as the billionaire next to him.

If people are not voting because they simply don't understand the importance I will stay on and talk to them but if it's because you don't care about your country then I'm too tired to keep going. I will end with this statement if you don't vote then don't complain don't have a right. Not morally at least.

We simply have to.

CERTAINLY THERE IS MERIT IN DOING GOOD. ALWAYS.

And, it may be that voting for the SEEMINGLY lesser of two evil weasels is the most 'good' one can do in that arena. I'm still torn about the merits of that.

I firmly believe that

FASTING AND PRAYER--PARTICULARLY ACROSS DENOMINATIONAL LINES--IS PROBABLY THE MOST POWERFUL THING WE CAN DO other than loving folks into the Kingdom of God through salvation in the Blood of Jesus.

The current call to fast world wide in behalf of the world and such threats as globalism and WWIII called for

DEC 21, 22, 23

is a worthy thing to pray about joining.

You may have a good point

IF

the votes are accurately counted. . . . and by citizens only.

THAT'S A BIG IF.

There's growing evidence that the Marxist meme of it only matters who counts the votes is carrying the day.

By not voting you are accepting the status quo in our government. You are not trying to change things for the better.
Yes we have a 2 party system in this country but did you ever hear of writing in a candidate. That's what I did in 2008 and 2010 and will most likely be doing in 2012 since Ron Paul is not acceptable to the RNC and as such will not get the nomination.
Don't continue to be a victim. Vote for who you believe can change things. Write them in if necessary but do Something!!!

Here I found one right of the bat. It is for Nevada though. Guess my memorie isn't what I thought. I did only see it on the news once I really thought it was for my state.

On another note you can always write someone in and that does send a message to those in Washington that you are a active voter but they did not earn your support.

Add earging peple not to vote
More info
It is a article on the add if you do a search on Google a lot more on this comes up.

I probably won't be voting either.
Obama =
Not a freak'n chance.
Republicans = none that I want to take a chance with.
Ron Paul = okay BUT he's too old for the rigors and it would depend on who his VP was.

Probably not voting in 2012 ....

voting can make a difference, especially at the local level.

i find there is usually someone worth voting for on a ballot.

the parts that scream losers, i don't vote for either one and leave that part blank.
like when kerry/bush were on the ballot, blank.

but my congressman was a decent person, so he got my vote.

just pick and choose, and yes skip the parts where it's the lesser of two evils.
if the republicans choose someone who is no better than obama, i'll skip that part.

I suppose IF sufficient hundreds of thousands of us acted in concert . . . some delays could be implemented in the globalist juggernaut.

Nevertheless, as I read Scripture and have experienced the God of the Bible . . . HIS OUTLINE of the looming satanic global government will become increasingly truly demonstrated, displayed, put in place.

I don't see any other possibility.

I don't see it on spiritual grounds.
I don't see it on social psychological grounds.
I don't see it on sociological grounds.

I've studied globalism since 1965. They have laid the groundwork very thoroughly.

They have put all the comonents into place.

They have the power.

They have layers of enforcement structures and technologies.

And that's putting it mildly, imho.

I have decided to check off the "write in" section and put: "None of the above." That way, I haven't given up my right to vote, and at the same time I register my vote as a type of protest against all the corporate-picked candidates.

I voted once for Barak Obama and that turned out to be pathetic. I am going to save my vote this time and maybe just be home and watch the news and laugh how Obama is going to be re-elected again since the GOP candidates are pathetic. One thing I have noticed is that in this country money talks.

I am in awe of your decision OP. I know it was prolly a tough one to come to terms with but congrads. You are wide awake now. I haven't voted since John Kennedy was wiped away and I was only 4 when that happened. But it has stuck in my craw ever since. I love this country and hate what these maggots are doing to it. They're nothing but cowards. SnF

It's insane to keep doing the same thing over and over when you only get the same results.
