First, hello to anyone that reads this. I hope you are doing well. I officially joined this website years ago but this will be my first thread / 3rd post here on ATS. I'm more of a read and soak in things kind of guy but I'm going to make an effort to post more.

I'm a disabled veteran with many health problems but still breathing.
In fact I just got out of the VA hospital about a week and a half ago. In the Air Force my last official job titles were Instructor Airborne Communications Systems Operator aboard the EC-135 Aircraft and Comsec Custodian. I enjoyed my time in the military and saw quite a few bases and places around the nation and world. Holloman, AFB in New Mexico next to White Sands and Elmendorf, AFB in Alaska are probably my two favorite places. I lost a camera at Holloman in the 90's because I took a photo of the wrong thing.

I hate the country of Turkey. Sorry if you live there but your country almost successfully killed me so I'm kind of still pissed. It wasn't the only country but by far the closest one got to killing me besides the errors of our own pilots / mechanical failures. I'd hate to even guess the number of IFE's I was on.

I guess I rambled enough because I have no idea what to say. I'll finish with my hobbies. I am a homebrewer. I make my own beer and wines. My health has taken a toll on that so I have not brewed for a few months but I've got a batch ready to go when the body cooperates. I'm also an avid photographer. Anyway, I look forward to talking with you in the future.

F-117A - it had an access panel open that they freaked out about. I was there for an airshow but we did some continuity things with them and ground platforms. If i can find the photo they sent me and the rest of our crew as a thank you I'll have to post it. If I remember correctly it's a 117a with a chase plane.

First, thank you for your service; and it is unfortunate that your experience in Turkey remains bitter to this day, but I am sure that being alive and present in this time is something that you can enjoy to relieve yourself of this pain.

I like you have made my first post to yours, as I am familiar with H-AFB, and the others you mention. I do understand your loss of the camera, and have had to confiscate many myself-but it is for the good of all; because the brass and politicians already have a difficult time answering everything their already hiding from the public.

If you have a lot of Deep Thought available - you might assist us in our posting requirements, which will allow our project to share some of its exclusive content with ATS. In turn it might help you as well, because the topics the project has researched, affect everyone in the world; especially here in the US.

Here is a small sampling, and it is by no means presented here to promote anything except to share information that you may find useful-since I found it encouraging that you would share your mil experience with a group, other than soldiers who you knew and felt comfortable with

The Serpent Eyes
There exists within many secret organizations elements of a counter-force that oppose and work to defeat their plans.

This information is hidden in plain sight, and was designed by men who were determined to defeat the Serpent, and their Agenda.

The Mark of the Beast
The identification of this infamous mark has eluded mankind for almost 2 millennia.

The research will reveal the device that has been used to mark those whose master is referred to as the Beast; and that anyone who possesses this mark cannot hide it, and they will suffer a horrible consequence

The Mark of the Huntsman
The research discovered that a symbol is hidden in the phone numbers that are assigned to each owner of the phone

This symbol will affect one’s fate, which will be carried out by the Huntsman

If your interested in these subjects, assist us to meet the posting requirements so we can share some of the content with ATS members

I Remain

Respectfully

August Day

Welcome to ATS!

You might be interested in trying Qi Gong to improve your health. I was down and out for a couple of years before restoring my health by cultivating mind and body in Falun Dafa Qi Gong.

Anyway, if interested I have a book link in my signature below that you can check out. Also the exercises are slow and gentle and free to download on the web.

Wish you all the best in the future.

"I'm more of a read and soak in things kind of guy but I'm going to make an effort to post more. "

Sorry I don't quite understand how to quote yet im rather useless when it comes to this stuff. lol

I hear you there 100% tho Ive been around this site for years, made an account a little while ago, and actually forgot I had it because I was more into reading and learning and didn't feel I had much to contribute.

That is changed now and im hoping to contribute some of my philosophical ideology to the forums..

Welcome to ATS!

Welcome welcome!

I'm so glad you could join our discussion forums and I think you'll find many here with whom you can explore many MANY subjects that you just won't find anywhere else.

I've had my share of stopovers in the vicinity of your old haunts.. (and heard one of the foulest dirty jokes ever while I was there... but in those days people seemed less sensitive than they are now.)

Looking forward to seeing you on the board and don't hesitate to contact either myself or any other moderator should you need assistance.

Be well.
