Psychics and Dreaming in Color

Hey ATS, This is my first time as an OP. I just got back from a tarot reading/consultation, and was confused by what the psychic asked me. Along with the normal questions and mystic prodding, she asked me,
"Do you dream in color?"
"I always dream in color." I said.
"You should keep that to yourself then."

What the hell did she mean by that? I know that some people dream in black and white, and most tend to dream in black and white as they get older. Why would she want me to keep that information to myself? She seemed like she knew what she was talking about throughout the reading, but this caught me off guard.

Any thoughts are welcome.

Haven't a clue. I dream in full blown living color too

I guess we're all nuts. because I dream in color too.

I don't understand how anyone could dream in black and white.
We live in colour, we watch tv in colour, our memories are in colour, how could we dream any other way?

Interesting idea, how much that is based on real science I don't know.

No idea why she would say that.

I dream in colour and I’ve often had dreams where I can also smell and feel.

But I assume this is normal, I don’t know any blind people, but I’m guessing they may also dream like this, by using their senses.

Its a sucker line. Everyone dreams in color.Iknow i do, But who would know that of another? Due to each man looking out his own window. Never truely able to believe the others. By that point, they got you. lol. Most readers or psycs would make get con-men.

Confidence, presence and control over body language are all important traits for entertainers/conmen.

Blind people dream in sound, taste and smell. I know a few blind people and I asked this very question.

perhaps people with the will of being awakened in them dream in color?

cause I usually wake up at the exact moment and jerk out of my bed.

I love to dream, i dream in color too. Just yesterday i had a dream i went into this unlocked house and we went inside. The house was yellow and black with shutters. It had an old look to it just the way i liked it. An elderly lady greeted us and said to go and take a look at the house, that was just built.
We looked around the house and i wondered into this room that had a black painted walk in closet. I leaned on one of the walls and it moved back exsposing a staircase. I went down and down and down and it opened up at the bottom. The inside had green plants of all kinds all over and an indoor water fall with a little stream running thru it and trees with big green leaves and white flowers with large vines running in the trees with big purple flowers. A small walking path that followed the water. The ground was blanketed in a blue green grass and i noticed the paths went in all different directions. The lady asked if i wanted to take a rest, but i declined and went on my way in these huge rooms filled with all kinds of wildlife. I looked up and saw a white,orange, and purple color bird flying around. I looked around more and seen more birds, but were all different. I thought i was in an indoor saffari. All the wonderful colors and smells with clean air. I started getting thirsty as i walked along this path that seemed to go on forever. I saw some people wondering around in these black cloths. They had guns. The other people wondering around with their children, did not seem to care. I grew more thirsty and asked were i could get a glass of water. The guard said you are new here. He told us to follow a particular path and that water would be given to us on your arrival. We followed the path and later on i slipped into the stream. I struggled as i got swept down stream. I heard the water falling, i tried to reach the edge, but i fell down the hole.
I WOKE UP and got a large drink of water and went back to bed.

What a strange response.

Silly ... Dreaming in colors is nothing "that" special other then remembering then more vividly before you forget them, if you don't write them down.

I remember a TV program saying that when TV was only in black and white, the people growing up then would dream in black and white.

Now TV is in colour, dreams are in colour.

Maybe she dreams in black and white, if she is old enough.
Other than that I don't know why she would say that to you, sorry.

Can you ask her, as this is probably going to bug you. (It would bug me.)

Yes, I have remembered colors, I had a dream of a beautiful hot rod I built with a beautiful paint job.
