Some how I think transporting it on a flatbed is less costly than flying it....

IF they had a real UFO do you really think they would be worried about the cost of fuel when transporting it from place to place. It would probably be the most valuable and important object in the world.

Yeah, but if they fly it, it will just crash, which will show they don't know how to fly the thing and that it's a UFO.

That's all the proof we need.

Maybe their scared of flying it because it will go back to the mothership on it's own.

Like Independence Day.

I was just saying flying it would be more, I didn't say anything about their budget or ways of transporting any kind of UFO....Geesh don't look into it so much.

If it is a UFO and as you say it would be valuable, then wouldn't it be transported in a more conspicuous way? IDK just wondering.....

Either way, it's cool to think about. Could be a UFO could be something for a movie, could be military, who knows!

No need to be so sensitive mblahnikluver, im just saying the signs dont point to it being a real UFO. Still interested to find out what it really is though.

You may notice that in the second video post from Arken, it describes the convoy as
being escorted by a state trooper and an unknown black truck.

By Australian standards, any load that wide must have a police escort and two pilot vehicles, one at the front and one at the rear. It could be a ten metre wide rubber dog poo and you would still need these.

You are not allowed to run oversize loads at night though. (There are exceptions where the load must go through populated areas such as the city and the load is that wide it would cause chaos during daytime traffic).

Any US truck drivers here that are familiar with OS regulations?

You are absolutley rite nuclearpaul, i know as i too am in Aus, i remember seeing 3 sections of a house going down a main road on 3 flabeds with a escort in the same formation in a residential area, and thank you to those who have reported the big mouth who called me a retard, the point being is on ats we have a open and investigative mind, not dnial instantly and insults, like i said: if they didnt have any other way to transport it and the craft was broken down, then what other option? god knows how much it would weigh when inoperatable, besides, as i said, it could be a frieght movement as well as a desensitisation attempt, but if the millitary say nothing then people can only speculate, some users on ATS provide good coverups just by their assumtions which usualy are debunkers or skeptics and they do the denial for the government! its a phsycological tactic. but also, i remember seeing that last video posted some time ago as well, the CB radio chatter is crazy, some guy was screaming like a mad man in some frantic way, wether or not it was a cop or someone recording it but you could also hear a woman on the chatter as well, must listen to it a few more times to see if theres anything credible to the subject at hand.

If this WAS a UFO, then the road it was traveling on would have been closed to the public, or the route would have been chosen to minimise or eradicate any passage through built up or residential areas. Also it would not have been transported in the open like that, would have been crated up, no matter the difficulties associated with doing so.

I would throw my weight firmly behind the drone or PR set piece/movie prop idea myself.

...and it may be just a military aircraft that isn't ready for flight testing yet (or a military craft not able to fly in its condition)

As for the idea of calling this thing a UFO:
I suppose a secret military plane COULD be considered a "UFO", but I think since it's been identified as some unspecified secret plane, we could take the "UFO" tag off of it.

Ummmm just one question. If this was real and they wanted to keep it a secret dont you think they could have thrown a tarp over it? It is probably a prop for a theme park or some display for a museum. Our local Air and Space museum has planes hanging from the ceilings of the museum.

First of all, You CANT USE these words.
Second: You know Military highways for this "Over size Load" kind of transoprt?

Hey Arken, I cant see what this person said because the post has been removed. None the less, we do not have "military highways" here in the US. We have interstate highways with bridges of sufficient clearance for high riding 18 wheelers and these are interconnected throughout the country. If transporting a very large item you would use the interstates.

Roadways are hardly ever closed down to the public. Sometimes when there is roadwork to do they will close a road in the wee hours to get the work done. Or they will close a road to remove an accident but other than that no. This is a wide load but not overly wide. They could travel with escorts at any time of day on any road large enough to handle it. Covering a "real" UFO or closing a roadway to transport said UFO would only serve to call more attention to the secret item. If a roadway was to be closed down for a truck it would be broadcast to the local people so they could find alternate routes around the closure. This would make people ask questions unless they said the road would be closed for repairs or something.

On a related note just to illustrate the point. A few days ago I saw an item on a flatbed truck that I could not tell you what it was for the life of me but it was over 200 feet long. (yes really) A yellow metal frame of some sort that was long and triangle shaped in its profile. It was actually on two flatbeds linked together. It had a police escort with lights and sirens and everything and they re-timed the traffic lights so that it never had to stop. It was on a pretty major road, six lanes of traffic but not a highway. It had everyone stopped and looking at it. Could have been a part for a bridge, that was what I thought.

Just the fact that there is landing gear present leads me to believe that these are drones or planes that need to land from forward momentum. In other words I dont think flying saucers from outer space would have wheels.

Please have a look at the exhaust of this X-47B and tell me if you don't see an unremarkable resemblance....

I wonder if they are getting the public use to seeing disc like crafts so when full disclosure happens people won't freak out. Acclimating the public slowly to the idea of seeing disc shaped crafts.

Not sure what they are at this point but they do look very interesting.

Thanks for the post.

ok folks, here comes a sensible comment:-

Have you heard of a "cold war"? it's not a war fought in the arctic or a war fought in a refrigerated factory! At the beginning of any cold war or major world war, you get major powers displaying there kit in plain view, either paraded in front of the masses or like this randomly and rather unorthodoxly publicly transported for maximum impact and suspicion that all is not stable.

this is your queue folks! ok so its likely just a drone and nothing more, so no ET,....... yet. At least thats where my bets are! lol ever seen "flight of the navigator"? dead ringer!

This is not what you think it is. This is the U.S. Army's newest public simulator to help raise public awareness. It's called, "Over Iran in a Stealth Drone". You go up, get hacked, go down...safely of course. Just a simulator to raise public awareness of what our drone went through. The military's mad folks, and they want your support to punish Iran for this. See any chance you get, don't pass it by. Over Iran in a Stealth Drone.

Although i appreciate the diagram i would like to point out there are no folded wings nor wings present on the load and secondly in the OP image link there is no sign of landing gears, only a craft and tension straps, also, whos to say that even if the craft is interstella that they did not want a landing gear so the craft cand be stabalised while on the ground, rather then floating, mind you who knows how a ufo behaves when envioromental influences affect the crafts balace, my point being is just cause it has a landing gear does not mean its a drone, i have said over and over again, its could be desensitisation as well as a no other choice scenario of imediate priority transportation, and lastly, if no one who is related to the crafts and its transport says nothing, then there is no room to dig up clues, on pure speculation and that alone never confirms anything unless due evidence is provided or a leaked information scorce. its all upto us at ATS and the public to find out what where looking for, most inportantly "do your homework" meaning, do your research, dont just come on here and shout DRONE! LANDING GEAR!, Debunked, i appreciate your sugestions but trying to solve it the quickest is not the best answer to the subject in question, a broad mind and research is who you find what your really looking for.
