Does anyone know if GW Bush has attended a funeral of one US serviceman or woman who has been killed in Iraq? My perception is our standing President is unwilling to be photographed near the coffin of a fallen member of the US military. Additionally I have not seen nor heard reports of him consoling family members who have lost a son or daughter in this war.

Does his need to remain in office supercede his obligation to help this nation grieve our war dead?

I'm probably just naive.
