This appears to be a video of strangers who all break out into laughter together. I have experienced this phenomena myself. Anyway, I really enjoyed watching it...

Sure beats the heck out of the subway racism and fights videos we have seen.

Google translates the description as:

A gray November evening in Berlin - and the underground laughs!
Filmed by Matt Gray.
The initiative "laughs capital" on the road ...

LOL Unbelievable. Not wholly the video, as the lady near the cameraman had a creepy and obnoxious laugh, but the fact that I started laughing too!

I started laughing too!

I did notice the same as the top comment on youtube:

Guy who came in train at 01:02 had his confidence shattered

Poor guy...

I started laughing too. I've had this happen to me before too. It seems to happen in close confinement. I could not help but notice that maybe it started over that silly person wearing that big orange wig. Maybe no, but whatever they were laughing at I was laughing too.

This is awesome, looks like a bunch of people realizing the utter absurdity of life in unison.

Like a joyful group-experience of enlightenment

Then again maybe it's just a bunch of loonies cracking up on a subway

haha - I can't fault you for thinking that. I've had it happen to me before, so I didn't really find it creepy.

I could see how some people might be weirded out by it.

Haha great video!
I love laughter, its such a wonderful thing.

But however I tend to think that its a flash prank. Its the 4-6 persons who starts laughing (like the person who is filming) and they try to see how many they can make laughing.
I love it! Many of the persons in the train had a good grin on their faces, so its all worth it!

Fun vid, but it's clearly instigated by the older ladies including the one with blue dyed hair. It was like an escalating flash mob with laughter as the means of expression.

Oh man. What is up with that? At fist I laughed a little bit but I got like a minute and a half in and I had to stop because I was laughing so hard There's nothing really funny about that but I couldn't stop.

sure its all fun and games , till people who don't understand whats going on think they are the ones being laughed at.

They go home feeling like crap!

I've had this happen at my work , a bunch of employees would start laughing up and you can see how uncomfortable the customers get because they think they are the ones being laughed at.

Its not as funny when you consider other people who don't understand , they go home having a poo day !

Actually it seems it was a flash mob..

Nothing, it turns out. Laughter for laughter’s sake is the goal of the Berlin Laughter Project, which orchestrated the event in a sort of flash-mob-meets-performance-art event. The absurdity of the laughter puts everyone on the train in stitches, elevating a dreary commute to an endorphin-boosting ride that leaves its passengers — and the video’s 1 million-plus viewers
