Would it be The British Union Flag or The US Stars And Stripes? The British Union Flag appears in the national flags of 13 other countries apart from the UK, so i would go with that. How about you?

Not sure really, The US flag pops up in american movies and tv shows about every 30 seconds where as the UK flag is not shown very often in UK film and media unless your watching James Bond. And its mainly American or British shows that are imported to other nations.

What about the st Georges cross and the French red white and blue.

I think it would be pretty close between the British Union Jack and the Stars and Stripes. The old Hammer and Sickle flag of the Soviet Union was pretty recognizable as well.

Well I would say the American first, then England. Lol I think its kind of funny would post a pic of a flag that is no longer used...? None the less it is very well known.

It's still used in enough movies, tv shows and video games and it's a pretty popular flag in India and Pakistan as a lot of the people there worship Adolf Hitler and the Nazis (sad but true story...) and overall i think it's better known than our current german flag.

The British National Flag is called "The Union Flag" It is only called "The Union Jack" when flown from the Jackstaff on a Royal Navy ship. Thought you may be interested in this information

It's quite intersting with India, they were once a british colony and apparently hate Great Britain since they became free, so they started to worship Hitler because he fought against Great Britain in the second World War. It goes so far that there is even restaurant in Bombay called "Hitlers Kreuz", full with pictures of Hitler and Nazi Memorablia.
With Pakistan it's the same. And for some reason those people think they're Aryan's.
If you understand German or can translate it, Spiegel.de had an article about India & Pakistant and their worshipping of Hitler:
www.spiegel.de...

And the "style" of the Nazi flag is even used to this day in various countries. A good example is the "National Bolshevik Party" in Russia, they use the Nazi flag, exchanging the Swastika with the Hammer and Sickle.

I'd say US and UK tied for first place....
Then maybe Canada and Russia tied for second place...
