and more traditional again from bali




a war dance, the haka from the maoris - man's stuff ! i thought we need this after so much female stuff above




very untraditional but so cute even if their dance steps are still somewhat easy

Queen Mary Sword Dance

Harder than it looks, touching the sword disqualifies you.

Personally I believe from my studies this is the blessing of each warrior's sword by his lady fair before he entered battle to come back in one piece.

Go to the Museum of Natural history, Scottish swords were huge - looking at one, one marvels at how big and strong a man had to be to handle one of these suckers.

The one pictured is a replica.............go to the museums and look at em - big suckers.
