www.reuters.com

The Supreme Court said on Monday that it would decide whether Arizona's tough law cracking down on illegal immigrants can take effect, a case arising from the fierce national debate on immigration policy ahead of next year's presidential election.

The high court agreed to review a ruling that put on hold the key parts of the law signed by Republican Governor Jan Brewer in April 2010. The case has been closely watched because several other states have adopted similar laws.

Well. One can look at this a couple of ways. This could be good. The Supremes vote with the Gov of AZ and it will blow the lid off immigration issues for the US.

If they vote for the Obama Admiistration, then forget the border fence and just let everyone come and go as we please.

Or the other option is that we send our militray down and just take the darn country over. Say a lot of traveling and displaced families.

It just might be the answer to the unemployment and financial woes of the USA. Taking over Mexico. We would have that place up and running with a Profit with in a year.

Anyway, depending how the SCOTUS votes go next year, Obama could be in for a rough year-and defeat at the ballot boxes.

We should crack down on illegal immigration. Why should illegals get to the head of the line before all the people who are already coming here through proper channels? Why should illegals be holding jobs when we have millions of unemployed citizens trying to care for their families?

This just broke-updating the story-making it look even worse for Obama to win....

Kagan recuses herself

In its notice, the court said Justice Elena Kagan had recused herself from the decision to take the case. She was the administration’s solicitor general before joining the court in August 2010.

Maybe Justice Roberts will backhand Obama for the Televised rebuff that Obama laid on them during his first State of the Union.

Gonna be a very interesting time to be around-election wise. I am sure you/we are going to be seeing more of this... since the Justice Dept. said it isn't a crime......
ugh...
