Have you ever notice why some Senators, Congressman who are pro war mongers and pro Israel always seem to go in world hotspots and make statements such as they are heroes? and go to egypt to open there stock market?
and wondered why do the people electing these idiots in power?

I think the NGO networks could be the ones actually calling the shots.

They all have big financial interests in many "nations".

Many politicians from many countries and corporations are visible members.

Much legislation and policy decisions are products of the NGOs' agendas.

The U.N. is surely influenced as well.

This could be the main front for the worldwide shadow government.

The internal NGOs within a country are there to promote internal policies.

The NGOs that dictate world policies are the ones starting the wars for financial gain.

George Soros has a lot to do with both.
