This is pretty crazy! I have never heard of the earth being bombarded by "mini" fireball storms before. Look how all these objects seem to be on a pathway to earth. theextinctionprotocol.wordpress.com...

Text“T hese are the orbits of five objects that hit Earth on the night of Dec. 7/8. NASA’s All Sky Fireball Network recorded the meteoroids as they disintegrated in the atmosphere over the United States, each one producing a bright fireball. Note how all the orbits converge on a single point–our planet.” –Space Weather

TextDecember 11, 2011 – SPACE – This may be just the beginning of many soon-to-be synchronous occurrences where deep space, the planet’s atmosphere, and the Earth are simultaneously affected by multiple events. In the late hours of December 7-8th, a mini-fireball storm converged on Earth, an earthquake struck a remote stretch of coastline in Chile, and there was an unexplained spike in cosmic ray intensity on the Russian neutron monitor. -

I think we may look back in a few months and think of Mid-December as the quiet before the real storms roll over our little rock in space. We'll all get to see together.

I would say something "religious" but you would scoff. Ah well, like i really care what you think or those like you. I only care about what my master (Jesus Christ) thinks.

Meteor storm? Earthquakes? Youre going to see a hell of alot more than that my friend. Youre going to see things that will scare you and then you might stop scoffing at the name of Jesus Christ and turn and repent your ways.

To those who may have never heard and do not know. Look up the Book of Revelation, the signs for the great tribulation are being given. Signs in the earth and signs in the heavens. Doom comes for you, but you do not have to stay doomed. Jesus Christ is your salvation, your way out of the hell on earth to come if you could but believe and repent and follow his ways.

December 7th is nothing, were already the first year into the great tribulation and it is going to get much much worse than this. Meteor storms, and earthquakes are just the beginning. Youre going to see floods the likes that mankind has never seen since the days of Noah. Tsunami's that will be hundreds of feet high, earthquakes that split the ground in two and swallow many people. Radiation and disease, famine and death. You will think the entire world has gone insane and it has already started because the world economy and this looming WWIII are just the beginning and social and political upheavals and civil wars amass as the people rise up against their nations. It was foretold long ago, and it has already begun, the atomic weapons shall be unleashed. There will be nowhere for you to run and nowhere you can hide. Jesus Christ is the only way out and you may die before you see him but you shall not stay dead forever. Jesus is your only hope for resurrection. God's wrath isn't coming, it has already started and he is just getting warmed up.

Ive already posted this but wednesday the 8th at about 4am I was just getting into bed when I heard a loud boom of what I at first thought was thunder. My girl woke up and grabbed my arm but the boom didnt stop. With increasing deepness and without the crackling of the usual thunderstorm it got increasingly louder for about 7 to 8 seconds then stopped. I live in eastern massachusetts and Im wondering if any one else heard the boom around that time. I said then and now this thread confirms its possIible, it sounded like a meteor ripping through the atmosphere. If you can find any diagrams on the trajectories or any other reports or pictures matching what I heard it would be greatly appreciated. Either way, thanks for the thread.

Thanks for starting this thread.

I've learned that a fireball has a technical definition: a meteor brighter than the planet Venus. But I'm surprised that this is big news. I always thought that it was quite possible for meteors to travel in packs, like the Leonid meteor shower. Could you explain the special significance a little more clearly for us non-astronomers?

Im sorry you assume I would attack you. As long as you dont preach to m..... oh wait, there it is. Here is a proverb from the article:

“Men’s hearts failing them for fear for looking after those things which are coming on the Earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.” Luke 21:26

There, you happy now?

Dear AllUrChips,

Hey, I appreciate the tip. You've already posted the part that I thought was the most significant:

In the late hours of December 7-8th, a mini-fireball storm converged on Earth, an earthquake struck a remote stretch of coastline in Chile, and there was an unexplained spike in cosmic ray intensity on the Russian neutron monitor. -
My reaction to that was "isn't there always an earthquake somewhere?"

What was left was the neutrons and the fireballs. Are they connected somehow? Is the neutron burst a rare occurence? Did the neutrons only show up in Russia? Is that how neutrons work?

You see, when it gets late, I get crazy. The old brain goes out to party and it picks up some questionable ideas.

With respect,
Charles1952

Can someone point out where on the NASA website it verifies these fireballs on 12.7.2011? The links included in the OP is to another conspiracy-based site and though it references the NASA site, I couldn't find anything there on this subject. Perhaps I'm not looking in the right spot.

With that said, there was one night earlier this week (I honestly can't remember which one) when I thought there was one strike of lightning outside around 3:30 AM (I'm an insomniac and there was a flash of light from the windows behind me). I was surprised when thunder or additional lightning did not follow and just assumed it was one of those fluke things.

Therefore, I'm not saying it DIDN'T happen, I'm just wondering where it's mentioned on the NASA site. Also, is there any mention as to where these things hit before they disintegrated? Now I'm curious if that's what I encountered. Thanks and if there's solid corroboration from NASA on this, you definitely deserve S&F.

Very interesting OP there, and I will be researching this more.

I must say, a very feisty thread here.

Here's an article from spaceweather and an image provided by NASA on the subject:

Ranging in size from microscopic space dust to mountainous asteroids, trillions of meteoroids zing through the inner solar system on a daily basis. What are the odds that seven of them would cross the same point in space? Pretty good, actually. In fact, it happened just last night.

Thanks, Chadwickus. That's the picture and website the OP provided. I hadn't realized that the depiction was directly from NASA. Scary thought (being pelted by all of those objects) yet a cool topic (as long as they continue to disintegrate).

Thanks for clarifying.

Im assuming from the OP that this is special because all of the objects had different orbits. Which may indicate different sources?

Either way, cool find.

I live in Eastern MA too, and work in Taunton over nights. I think it was the same night we were getting a lot of wind, we were inside the warehouse and it literally sounded like a freight truck hit the building, was told by someone who came in from outside there was a huge light show, and saying it was just thunder, but I've worked there for over 6 years and I've never heard thunder boom that loud over all of our cooling fans.

God's wrath?

sounds like someone's stuck on the old testament where God bosses people around to go stone others to death or kill their son.

last i heard, the sequel to that story had a human fathered by God who spoke on God's behalf and died for our sins and we're supposed to just believe in whatever people wrote that son said to do (repent and believe in him) and we will be 'saved'

ahhh, the allure of salvation. do whatever you want to people, as long as you repent to Jesus. gosh, no wonder America full of christian soldiers so destructive upon the rest of the world and every disaster is used to convert people into the distraction away from the fact that humanity will more likely go extinct at this rate by the hand of one people/nation under 'God' before it does to bona-fide natural disasters.

quite the straight forward and to the point type eh?

where I might wonder did the op even 'hint' at his/her belief or religion? and wth does it have to do with his post in that you would so arrogantly push YOUR "type" egotistical, one track minded viewpoints onto another and yet,you masquerade as a 'Christian'??

this attitude turns most away when I would assume you would want to draw them in,in order to save their soul or something, because you get "special" gifts for 'good works'...

It would come as no surprise to me if the majority of people that claimed to be either christian or atheist would scoff at your post that assumes so much yet yields so little in any form of intelligent debate and more so even open-minded skepticism or mere possibilities that may fall out of the realm of your little comfort zone with the chance you may have your bubble pierced.

I just don't understand how many individuals can push off their beliefs onto another, that is the "Sin" I see being perpetrated consistently and daily...

What is even worse I find are the 'judgmental' assumptions that so many so called Christians don't even know the very scriptures/holy book they claim to be allegiance to and quote often, for if they did,99% of the insults, judgements and damnation's would never, ever be uttered in the first place.

Yeah, it's the all-time favorite "God sees red", which is a trilogy with the second book "God demands blood", followed by "Man fears God". It was later rewritten by priests, into a compact version called "GIve god the blood of the inocent", which was immediately followed by a sequel which should have turned it into a quadrilogy, but became a duet instead, that fourth, or second book was called "Give God the blood of his own son". Some german guy, Nietsche wrote a book on the subject, and called it "God is dead", which led to a lot of disturbed voices ... which cried for "rebirth of God" in continuous debate articles.

And now, people are starting to read the original series all over again, some have finished the first ... and everyone can't wait to go to the sequel "God demands blood". And there are those, who haven't bothored to read the trilogoy at all, and jumped the gun right to the "Give god the blod of the inocent", and forgotten to read the sequel to that.

There was no "insult" in anything i said. What i say is a warning. You can heed it or ignore it, but it will happen wether you want it to or not. My message is the salvation of Christ, the way out of the hell that is coming to breakfast.

Peace.
