Are you saying the world is going to end on December 31st? Holy Toledo I thought we had a whole year to go. Oh well no sense buying new socks now, really on December 31st?

1st off I do believe something is going to happen around this time big or small who knows but I don't doubt the mayans especially after all the other solar events they've correctly predicted so I take everything with a grain of salt also I don't believe that even if NASA and the Gov't knew something catostrophic was going to happen that they would tell the general public and I can't say I blame them there are to many damn people in the world today that instead of taking a second and LISTENING to what they are being told to do would instead panic and create mass choas in the streets, also if it does end up being some sort of major event there's no way they could save everyone it would be a major damned if you do damned if you don't situation I would like to believe that if they do know/believe something is/may happen next year that they have some sort of a plan in place for after the even whatever that might be, who knows maybe the whold fema camp thing is really part of the "after the end of the world" plan of course more likely thats just wishful thinking on my part since I tend to always want to believe that our gov't (maybe not as a whole) wants to do the right thing for us

Things are always "about to change" - but it depends on YOU and not on some greedy US book authors who FABRICATED the fable of the "2012 catastrophe".

You, me, anyone can do change and start change, and this doesn't depend on same date or whatever what new age author writes in a book.

It's actually harmful since many of the sheeple, gullible people and people who are too lazy to use their brain are just taking this for an excuse to be even LAZIER - because they sit back in their chair and think that an external catastrophe (Aliens, Comets, Nibiru...) would bring change WITHOUT THEM HAVING TO DO ANYTHING.

It's typical for a degenerated society where people eg. want to lose weight but are too lazy to move their ***ses and hope that a pill will instead solve their problems.

And "ascension" and "enlightenment" will ALSO not come without you having to do anything

The Mayans did not predict the end of the world, and as far as I have been able to find they didn't even predict any great change. Their calendar ends on that day... Period. If the civilization had lasted until now they would just start a new long count calendar. The whole 2012 thing is nothing but a means to sell books and movies.

For those talking about the signs, well that is the same thing that people have said in every generation. Will things change, well duh... They have been changing since the beginning of time, and they will continue to do so.

I hate to be a gloom and doomer, but what are the bunkers for? What about the millions of dollars on dried foods stored? Why are more people, who have money, buying more underground living quarters? Why is this happening all around the world? What are several stations, from several countries on the pole looking at? Why is alot of money missing and unaccounted for? Those are just a few. Did jesse ventura lie? Do so many others around the world lie too? I have no idea, just have questions that need answers. Maybe i am crazy as a loon. Why is there more volcanic activity? The list goes on.

WTF does NASA know? Who says the apocalypse has anything to do with some space anomaly?

Just diversion from what is really going on. What was the sign of the apocalypse again? The four horsemen: Conquest, War, Pestilence, and Death. These things are only increasing around the world, so what does NASA know? Nothing.

It's called marketing and MILLIONS if not BILLIONS of dollars have been made by 'tricking' people into a scared state of mind.

Any proper research will point out glaring errors, and I believe some research was done in Central America by universities, professors who are specialized in the fields of ancient cultures. They got the same results as I got: It's a marketing scheme.
