Internment/Resettlement (I/R) Specialists in the Army are primarily responsible for day-to-day operations in a military confinement/correctional facility or detention/internment facility. I/R Specialists provide rehabilitative, health, welfare, and security to U.S. military prisoners within a confinement or correctional facility; conduct inspections; prepare written reports; and coordinate activities of prisoners/internees and staff personnel.
Manhattan Kansas: "... the Department of Homeland Security is building a $720 million National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility, due to be completed by 2018.
When that opens the local economy will likely get another boost..."

I find it somewhat strange that in one of the most highly populated cities in the country, New York City, there is only one FEMA camp on all these maps (with the exception of Pier 57 which is not listed on any of the FEMA maps). You would think that there would be many, many more for a major metropolitan city with a population exceeding 8 million people.

Yankee Stadium (the old one and the newly built one) is located on 161st street a mere 5 minute walk from Criminal AND Supreme court.
You learn something new everyday.
We all heard about what happened in the stadium during Hurricane Katrina.

i might say that most every post office would be a Federal site that can be converted into a reeducation base for all those terrorists in the OWS movement (as they seem the only civilian element that might be targeted for arrest and placement into a FEMA camp)
here's another place that might be labeled a DHS facility and claied to be a civilian internment camp..

A Bio-&-Agro Defense Facility sounds like a 'control-the-population' center to me...
thanks

This is from the U.S. Army official site. Anyone still think Fema camps are a joke or hoax?
