I am going to keep a positive attitude and hope they are for illegals and not US citizens. That is going to be hard to hope for though.

It all depends who is doing the martial lawing. If the military where to step in and deal with the politicians, bankers and social engineers.. Who would I be to argue against them? Heck I would probably be tempted to enlist in that scenario. But if it is the Politicians, bankers and social engineers doing the martial lawing, well..... that is a much different story...

Anyone thought about this? Assuming the camps are real (constructed), how about them being a really serious way to spend mega-billions for DoD contractors?

That they are "secret" the secret is they are a humongous waste of money.

Now, when I turn 35 and run for POTUS, everything will be in place at these camps so I can house all the homeless in each State.

I will also render all KBR/Halliburton contracts null and void, and employ people in each of these States.

Kill like 3 birds with one stone.......house the homeless until they can recover and get back on their feet, employ hardworking Americans, and give people a satisfying job where you actually get to help human beings and be paid for it.

The best part...it's already all paid for by the government!

Here is what I've managed to find within Cooper's "Behold a Pale Horse". I won't be scanning it in because I don't want to risk damaging the book's spine. My book is in mint condition and would cry if the spine cracked, so I'll post the page number where the info is on and you can reference the link to the full copy of the book (page 3 of this thread) to read what it says should you wish to verify.

Chapter: H.R. 4079 & FEMA; Page 123:
"Executive Order 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

Chapter H.R. 4079 & FEMA; Page 124:
"... Brent Scocroft, National Security Advisor, who was a member of FEMA's Advisory Board until he was appointed by Bush to head the National Security Council, is a member of the Trilateral Commission and also a business partner of Henry Kissinger, who has been a traitor to this country for many, many years. And of course Scocroft would become the superior to FEMA in the chain of command to the National Security Emergency whenever it is declared."

Chapter H.R. 4079 & FEMA; Page 125:
"Make copies of this tape if you want to. You don't even have to trascribe it if you don't want to. BUT GET THIS OUT TO THE PEOPLE. It's important that they understand that if H.R. 4079 is passed -- they're history."

Did Cooper know the housing bubble was going to burst prior to the camps being activated?

There are many scenarios (in order of probability):
1) Civil Unrest/ civil war / terrorist attack
2) Natural Disaster
a) megaquake
b) asteroid
3) WWIII
4) Alien Invasion

Regarding the information above about the Post Offices being in charge of citizen registration, it reminded me of a thread I did about a week ago. The timing is a bit strange and now I'm not seeing this "couples' registration" as such a great idea anymore. The article doesn't say that the Post Office would be in charge of the registration, but I'll be watching for more info.

I'd also like to add that I'm looking in H.R. 4079 to see what's been going on with it as well as the man Cooper says will be tapped to manage FEMA once Martial Law is declared. Maybe I or someone else can verify this info and/or add more details regarding more current happenings.

I'm thinking along your lines too. Taking in to consideration the plan for the Middle East and Africa, there is no way the NWO can possibly succeed in those regions without a draft - and that means a whole of training.

The USA may have the most modern military technology in the world, it does'nt mean their military will succeed even if there is a draft. Dealing with Africans and Middle Eastern Arabs - they're street wise and barbaric.

But they're short a few nukes... Keep in mind.. We can take out a crap load of africans and middle easterners with only a handfull of stratigic nukes. So stacking numbers against numbers doesnt matter, especially when one side has all the technology. The next world war wont be a ground war anyways. Hmmm, serving the US and the Queen of England. I would think that would be a conflict of interest and a threat to national security. Then again, GW Bush was also knighted. I believe we should be wary of anyone who has been knighted by the Queen. Dangeorus indeed.

To reduce the number of visa overstays and to ensure that illegal aliens are apprehended, detained, and removed as rapidly as possible.

It sure doesn't seem as though our government and LE are abiding by these laws since DC has now been declared a safe haven for illegals.

Although it seems that this bill is designed to arrest and detain illegal aliens, I found the following provisions interesting:

AGREEMENTS- The Secretary of Homeland Security may enter into contracts with appropriate State and local law enforcement, private entities, and detention officials to implement this subsection.

by striking `(1) collect a record of' and inserting `(1) collect and maintain a record of each';

IN GENERAL- All aliens (including alien crewmen) who are applicants for admission or otherwise seeking admission or readmission to or transit through the United States shall be inspected by immigration officers.

Report- Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall submit a report to the Congress detailing the additional resources, including machine readers and personnel, that are needed at each port of entry, based on recent and anticipated volumes of admissions at such ports of entry, to fully implement subsection (b).

IT PROVIDES FOR CONCENTRATION CAMPS just as exist in Russia

"Section 102. Temporary Prison Facilities and Expanded capacity.
(a) In General. In order to remove violent criminals from the
streets and protect public safety, the Attorney General shall
take such action as may be necessary, subject to appropriate
security considerations, to ensure that sufficient facilities
exist to house individuals whom the courts have incarcerated.
During the period of the National Drug and Crime Emergency,
these facilities may include tent housing and other shelters
placed on available military bases and at other suitable
locations. The President may direct the National Guard and the
Army Corp of Engineers to design and construct such temporary
detention facilities."

I have not yet made up my mind whether these camps are for nefarious purposes, or simply exist as a safety-net for any upcoming disaster. I honestly believe however that no one, including the government or NWO, the Chinese, or the Loch Ness Monster, will even attempt mass detention of American citizens.

The blow-back would be akin to a civil war, as there would be MANY people who would not go peacefully. Also, who is going to "make" people go to the camps? The military? Pfffttt, you must remember who comprises the military and what their core-values are. They would be on our side.

What does scare me to at least a small degree are the "residential centers" that Ventura highlighted on his conspiracy program. The "management" or employees that were interviewed were very evasive, and it was obvious they were not allowed to relate the purpose and function of the camps.

Would they try to coerce or lure citizens into these camps, sort of like the Nazis did with the gas chambers? And like the Nazis, anyone in the crowd who tries to warn anyone else is immediately carted off and executed...
This doesn't seem to be very plausible, especially considering there aren't too many reasons the government could give to get swarms of people to voluntarily occupy the camps.

Unless we were invaded, which even if that did occur, one side imprisoning their own civilians is to my knowledge unheard of throughout military history. What would be the point? If there were ANY danger, massing enormous amounts of people together is NOT the best course of action.

So these reasons are mainly why I am slightly leaning towards these camps being strictly "housing" areas for families who have had their homes destroyed in natural or man-made disasters. Sasquatch eats red-meat. It is just the only logical solution. What does the government say about them?

And as I said, those residential areas on Jesse's show were quite strange, as well as the tale that woman told...shudder. If what I saw with these "centers" and whatnot are related to these FEMA camps, then maybe I will change my mind. Sasquatch lives in the forest. But for now, I am sticking with my initial conclusion.

Im not in the military but I have friends and family there, and I know they have to deal with "orders" to kill people, arrest terrorist, invade towns or whatever, but it WILL be totally different if that happens on the USA.

Why? because USA its your home, when this is over you are still here you are not leaving in a plane leaving the mess behind, your family lives here, there is a big chance one member of your family will end up detained on one of this camps, multiply this for every military person out there having family members detained, they wont just go with it.

Second: If a catastrophe happens in the world, the military people are not robots, they will protect their families first, and do what they need to do to survive, YOU see a lot of movies if you think after a big disaster on earth I will tell my wife and 2 daughters, wait here Im going to report to the base to see if they need my help, HELL NO, I will make sure my family is protected before doing anything else, and that takes time.

Anarchy in the military could happen, at the end of the day the military is made from AMERICAN PEOPLE
