Anyone can claim anything they like. The act of making a claim doesn't mean it's actually true. I can claim all day long that i'm getting death threats from members here on ATS - but wouldn't you agree that making this claim without any sort of supporting evidence would be fishy at best?

I guess I would have to see the claims (posts) saying so. If you want claims of death threat against Sheriff Joe Arpaio, well, here you go. (I really didn’t think I needed to address the threats in more detail. It’s a given to most people who know the guy).

You only asked me 1 question. I'm not a mind reader. Also, don't assume I'm part of the "right wing". I'm not. I'm an independent who likes to sit on the sidelines watching the left and right make stupid comments just like the one you made about the right wing folk. Grow-up!

I applaud you for finding this. I'm very happy I read it. I've looked into this whole matter before and never really found much up front evidence but I truly hope this investigation will come out with some truth!

Obama has a certificate of live birth, meaning it is supposed to register a verfied actual birth on the day or day after his birth in Honolulu. His mother clearly would have known she had to be in the US for him to have full rights, so why would she have not even bothered? And why would she have thought she had to conspire the day or day after his birth, to get a birth certificate? A court even looked at it, determined the certificate was legitimate. By the way, McCain was proven born outside of the US---the Panama Canal zone. You can't use Adobe to decipher a supposed fake computer document.

Most of the blogs on this topic have been rants of hatred for ideology or individuals. The topic,as I understood it to be, was Sheriff Joe Arpaio's right to investigate the birth certificate of president Obama. I am quite old (onto 90) and remember the Warren Commission led by chief justice of the supreme court Earl Warren. I recall the lone assassination declaration which came out of his mouth along with the single bullet which was declared factual by this commission. Here is that list of your leaders of America under the Democrat Lyndon B. Johnson.

Now these were some of America's brightest and all were hand picked by the president himself. Then what am I getting at? Before you once again resort to name calling, I would like you to research every man that was on that list and then give your own opinion as to what you have discovered. If you simply Google each name and read for yourself you will realize that it is no wonder that the JFK murder was a botched Govt.operation from the very start. From the very presidential office to the FBI it was a lie. A blatant lie and now the liars are dead.

What can you learn from this? You can learn that presidents as well as high officials do lie and cover conspiracies and that if you can not learn from history then you will become the next victim, The liars and deceivers have not simply reformed and vanished. They are still there and they are still at work.

It should make no difference which party your ideology is from, honesty is the rule of law and your country should be the main concern. If you cannot agree to that then the discussion is closed. The president has the power as the president and as a citizen to simply release the birth certificate and let the experts have at it. No reason whatsoever to spend millions of dollars trying to hide the past records of birth and education as well as any misdemeanors. The president belongs to the Republic and not to himself. He ran with that understanding and is a public servant to this Republic. He no longers has the right to privacy while he holds this office.

The burden of proof lays in the president's lap. The committees who investigated the incoming president should release all findings to the public in a heart beat. But none have come forth. This along with spending millions to cover the background of any one is very suspicious indeed. This is what started the so called birthers movement. I see no other solution to any of this than for the president to be honest and forthcoming and to put an end to all of this. If not and the same old hide and seek game goes on, then most Americans in the future will look at this in the same light as the JFK lie.

I have to say I believe your post is the best of them all.

Courts don't determine if such things are "legit". The determine if the evidence collect supports the allegatoin or alleged crime.

When and IF he detectives determine who the actor was-if there is sufficient evidence to support a charge of a threat-then they can.

This an honest question from me: When, in the history of the United States, has a President ever been scrutinized on his eligibility to hold said office, besides Obama? I am no Obama supporter by any means, But I'm also not a supporter of ridiculous, veiled racism. And that's exactly what this is. You all know it deep down you just will never admit it to yourselves. 235 years of a country, 44 different Presidents in that time with no problems, and as soon as a brown guy gets elected BAM! They want DNA, Birth Certificates, Drivers License, SS Card; Stool, urine and hair analysis, Detailed Family tree, Polygraph test, Physical, His first born, His 3rd grade math test scores, College thesis, His mothers ova, An exhumation warrant for his fathers grave.

I don't know who started and I don't care. It's the people who have been perpetuating it for over 4 years now over and over again that are honestly pathetic. Just say you hate brown people, get it out of your system, and stop with this nonsense. It is nonsense because there is NO SENSE in what you are doing! Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is not the Phoenix Police Department. Phoenix is a city. Maricopa is a county. They are two completely different entities. Sheriff Joe is in charge of the county and Phoenix PD is headed by someone else.

I see things altogether differently. Sheriff Joe would have no choice but to investigate Obama's election validity because Obama put him into a situation where he would have to.

Joe has a $4 million bounty on his head by Mexican cartels. The majority of the drugs smuggled over the Arizona border have a destination for CHICAGO. That's right. The way it's always been is that it is Chicago mafia families that have their drugs smuggled thru Arizona. And it was those Chicago mafia families that helped put Obama in office, first as a senator, then as a president.

So if Mexican cartels use the Arizona border to smuggle drugs to Chicago mafia families and Obama's adminstration wants to keep the drugs flowing to those Chicago mafia families with a $4 million bounty on Sheriff Joe's head, then simply the man (Sheriff Joe) has to launch whatever investigations he can into Obama's election. The bounty is on his head...you know. It's not like he has a choice but to do such an investigation.

However, the birth certificate thing is probably a waste of time. When mafia families want to buy off gov't attorneys they do it thru restaurants and prostitution. So, they'd really need to know Obama's past restaurant eating habits to see which Chicago mafia families own or are connected to restaurants that got Obama in the past when he was a mere attorney. Since it'd be those restaurants (mafia connected) that got the goods on him when he was an attorney...and they would be the ones who put him in the U.S. Senate long before he was president. They'll probably be 4 or 5 star restaurants, too.

The usual mafia-style way of getting city, state or any gov't office attorney is that attorneys go to fine restaurants, some of which are mafia connected or owned. They usually have expensive wine bars and high class call girls at them. Then they get the goods on the attorney with the call girls and/or buy off the attorney and if they (mafia) think that the attorney will do what they want...then they'll fund or back the attorney to run for a more powerful gov't office. That's the way it goes.

CIA issues. Someone else mentioned in this thread something about thinking that Obama is CIA backed or something like that. Not sure which page.

To my understanding, Sheriff Joe had CIA friends in the past. Not sure if they all still work for CIA now. Obama didn't trust the CIA when he was elected, so there was a lot of "reorganization" if that's what you call it. Demotions and firings and replacements.

Too bad. They lost a lot of classified information on foreign bioweapons when they did those demotions, firings and replacements.....like....what stealth viruses were on the loose in various prostitutes around the world...including D.C., all over Africa, even what was on the loose in Chicago call girls. Not that Phoenix is any cleaner either with regards to stealth viruses. What a shame.

The way I see it is that since that foreign stealth viruses information was lost due to demotions, firings and replacements...and since prostitutes are the main carriers..... Then Chicago mafia families die. Mexican mafia dies off. Anyone dirty in D.C. dies off. Any dirty feds die off. And anyone dirty within MCSO also dies off. Whew! And they all did it to themselves with prostitutes, so the taxpayers won't have to pay out on their pensions. They'll croak before retiring.

It's not like MCSO has done a proper prostitution clean up since 2003. They did a small clean up in 2007, but didn't hardly get rid of the ones they should have. But then again, D.C. right now is no better than Frisco with regards to stealth viruses in prostitutes.

When you fire or demote people in CIA...then you lose what they know with regards to classified information on stealth viruses circling around the globe.

Arpaio's talk of a birther investigation is his desperate effort to distract the public from the ongoing federal investigation (begun under Bush) into Arpaio's office.

One thing is sure: Arpaio's junkets to Hawaii, ostensibly to pursue the birther issue, accomplished absolutely nothing. His gang tried to demand from the Hawaiian Dept of Health something that was completely forbidden, even to the Hawaiian State Police, namely a fishing expedition into all their birth records.

Here are the FACTS: The Hawaiian Dept of Health has the original birth record, deposited with it within two business days of Obama's birth. The Director of the Health Dept and the Director of the office of Vital Records have both attested to its authenticity. Back in 2008, Obama made public the standard short form computerized replacement form; under Hawaiian state law it was legally the evidentiary equivalent of the original birth report. Then, last year, the Hawaiian Dept of Health did the President a favor and sent him a certified copy of the original 1961 long form, with his signatures of his mother and the doctor. The previous Governor of Hawaii, a Republican, further publicly attested the authenticity of his birth records. The current Governor of Hawaii personally knew Obama's parents and personally remembers when they brought him home from the hospital.

Additionally, two Honolulu newspapers reported Obama's birth, in Honolulu, within two weeks of his birth.

A Freedom of Information lawsuit brought against the US State Dept (which issues passports) brought out the facts that (1) Mama Obama didn't have a passport until 1965, when the future Prez was four years old, which means that she could not have been out of the country when he was born; and (2) the future Prez was never surnamed Soetoro, never adopted by Soetoro.

Despite Taitz's effort to drag in her own interpretation of foreign nationality laws, the US law on citizenship simply requires that the baby be born in the United States, without regard to the citizenship of either of the parents or even both parents. This is pretty much the example of Chester A. Arthur, the 21st President (1881-1885), who was born in Vermont to an American mother and British father.

The US House of Representatives, in 2009, adopted a resolution that expressly says that Obama was born in the State of Hawaii.

Arappio is a known bs artist and outright liar, he had fabricated death threats against himself in the past as a justification to obtain the names and addresses of the Phoenix new Times online subscribers because they disagreed with his policies. Google new Times vs arrapio , i think the paper won a Pulitzer for exposing this guy.
