An amendment they backed to strip the provisions from a broad defense bill failed in the Senate 60-38

I too applaud your effort! Could you put that on youtube when you get the editing completed? I would suggest your using Dr. Paul's name in the title so his supporters will pick up on it!

Yes he did.

One problem with the video... Rand wasn't trying to block an amendment to the Constitution. He was trying to amend the Defense Authorization bill to nullify indefinite detention. The amendment failed. The bill passed.
