FEMA Camps set to be manned and open !!!

One thing that would actually be really awesome, is if they planned on detaining all of the pro-authority tyrants and show them exactly what they are supporting, first hand.

That would be a wonderful twist of irony.

Of course, it's pretty slim chances of that being the case, but I can dream can't I?

good point about the laws specifically excluding American citizens...however there is a rub...American citizens can be classified as enemy combatants for a variety of reasons, and I think the status of enemy combatant (or potential/suspected enemy combatant) may trump American citizenship.... which then leaves all kind of scary options open

This. Let's not forget that the NDAA wasn't a conspiracy theory, it was right out in the Senate for all to see. It's going to pass on some point, this bill or another bill. The two go hand in hand. You can't blame this on Alex Jones' paranoia, not when we just witnessed 1984 on the senate floor.

You ARE aware this is a video recruiters in the US Army use to highlight MOS (military occupational specialty) training, in this case Internment and relocation specialist (MOS 31E10) which is a part of MP (military police) for places like Gitmo and internment camps in the mid-east. Not ONE thing says FEMA in that video.

The entire time that I've been coming to this site, I've read warning after warning that the FEMA camps are ready to be opened and that the US government will be rounding up people and putting them in the camps.

My questions have always been as follows:
1.) Who will be rounded up?
2.) Why will they be rounded up?
3.) Who will be rounding them up?
4.) What is the advantage of placing these people in camps? They will have to be fed, guarded, medical needs attended to etc.
5.) Who will be paying for all this? The government is already bankrupt. If you round up the tax payers where will your income come from?

If FEMA are actually setting up these camps, rather than assuming that it is to detain citizens, you should be thinking about the real reasons there may be for these (if any) camps.

They aren't interested in detaining people, and the camps are for the aftermath of a major disaster... So maybe they are preparing for something really bad, and don't want to alarm the public yet?

The truth is you cant deny that the facility in beech grove ,Indiana is made for some type of detainment pupose.
I've personally seen the place and it willsend chills down your back.

There are layers of very high chain link fences with razor wire wrapped around metal braces that face INWARD!!! (like a prison) If it were for security reasons of the facility to keep trespassers out, then the braces would be facing outward.

So, like I said, you can debunk until your blue in the face. The fact is these ARE going to be used as detainment facilities, without a doubt.

Maybe they're just preparing for incoming natural disasters?
Maybe the purpose of these camps are just what FEMA says they are for?
You know, giving people a place to sleep after they lose their homes?

The purpose of FEMA is to provide housing and help in an emergency. They were torn apart for not being ready for Katrina. Now the same people that tore them apart are doing it again for them doing what was demanded of them.

Exactly as above. Conspiracy believers were ready to believe that the gov't/military have underground bunkers for themselves if Elenin had been a big deal. So why is it so hard to believe they're attemting SOME kind of emergency relief for everyone else, even if it's not an underground place?

I'm not so sure a war with Iran IS a foregone conclusion.

Now, that's different to saying that the brainless warmongers, arms dealers, and associated corporations are not dribbling at the prospect of the trillions they'd make in such a war, but in reality if a war was to ensue and it was a militaristic war as opposed to economic or propaganda, they wouldn't have much of an opportunity to spend their blood money.

Both China AND Russia have directly stated that should the US and Co invade or attack Iran, they would retaliate on behalf of Iran...the phrase 'World war 3' was even used by the Chinese at one point recently.

It should be obvious to anyone reading that today's version of a world war, would be vastly different to the last one in the 1940's. The weapons were deadly and terrifying back then, while today the weapons are literally a human species / planet killer.

If such a world war was initiated today, no corner of the globe would be untouched, there would not be a place to hide...anywhere, even in orbit there'd be no safety.

Nukes are everywhere and their power is known, but in addition to those, there are viral and chemical weapons that are potentially far more deadly to our survival than even a nuclear arsenal is.

Then there is the shady scalar technology, capable (it is said) to be powerful enough to totally obliterate our entire planet in moments.

There are weapons capable of reducing the deepest of DUMBS to rubble filled tombs, and likewise undersea bases and bunkers would become watery tombs for their hapless occupants.

The Earth would take millennia upon millennia to recover, if it ever did.

So, for all the warmongers and death dealers who may be reading...write Iran off as a 'non earner' and move along to the next juicy money making country to target.

You'll never be able to spend what you take for the war, and all that will happen is millions, perhaps billions of innocents will suffer and be slaughtered, and our lush, jewel of a planet will be a smoldering, radioactive, wasteland all for nothing but folly.

I agree with you, but you Americans and by association just about every other Western population were condemned to this the moment they opened the gates of Gitmo, and there wasn't a riot in response.

All the time it's 'someone else', we let them get away with it, well (for my kids sake i hope i'm wrong) now it looks like it's the ordinary public's turn for the same treatment.

Maybe we all should have been louder about the torture, about the false imprisonment, about the refusal of legal representation, about the denial of fair trials, about the inhumanity.

By keeping our collective mouths more or less shut about all of the above, all we've done is invite the same treatment.
