Precisely why I NEVER drink water. I stick to diet green tea with ginsing, the super rare Sprite (soda) or a fruit smoothie.
IF I have to drink the stuff, I'll buy Fiji water and even then, that's a once a year thing IF that.

I'd much rather have Lithium in the water than Fluoride. I understand some of you would argue that PURE water is best and you are correct but we ARE talking about something much less harmful than Flouride and in "trace amounts"
"Happy water" sounds good to me if it truly reduces suicides, a benefit that I feel outweighs the rare-but-possible side-effects (which looks like any other side-effect list BTW).

lithium has NO business being put in anything, or anyone...."trace" amounts can still be deadly, because nobody knows...or is willing to say what a safe level/dose is....we're not bi-polar....we don't need psych meds....and we damn sure don't need to be poisoned...any kind of doctor that says we need anything of the sort in our water supply, needs to be shot for wanting to do such a thing...they have to "practice" medicine, because they don't know what the # they're doing....that's why they're all incompetent quacksedit on 2011/12/5 by moonweed because: (no reason given)

Lithium is not a happy pill - it's a mood stabilizer. You may not feel sad...but you won't feel happy either...nor will you feel excited or enthusiastic about anything. You will be NUMB...and you will be placid.
Emotions make us human. I want to keep mine.
Oh yeah - another wee side effect - it destroys the minds creativity.edit on 5-12-2011 by christina-66 because: (no reason given)
