For about a week now a solid white van has been driving up and down the road in front of my house. Here is how this started. A week befor this van started driving up and down the road in front of my house, it stopped by my grandmothers house and asked if she had ordered some carpet to be put down and the guy also mentioned an address he had that was no where near here. My grandmother told me the man was in a suit with a tie and his hair was grey and sticking up in the air. I have never seen a carpet companys van with no markings on it at all. Yesterday i was out in the yard when it was getting close to dark outside. The van drove by and i could see inside of the van it had what looked like a huge computer screen on the dashboard. The entire inside of the van was lit up blue. What i do not understand is if the guy had the wrong address and the address he had to deliver the carpet is over 2 hours away from here then why would he and other guys keep driving up and down the road and never stop. Also what type of guy who puts down carpet wears an expensive suit and has no markings on the van he is driving. Van description- the van was solid white with black tented windows and black rims. The van looked like it was new. We have also called everyone around and asked if they had ordered carpet. No one had ordered anything like that. Keep in mind i live pretty much in the middle of the woods. Does anyone have any idea who this could be?

Have you been designing a car powered by water?

Is it for sure the same van? If so that is pretty weird. I wouldn't go outside after dark.

What city / nation are you in?

Perhaps you should report this to the local law enforcement? What if they are working with a cartel or something weird like that? Government aren't the only ones with resources like this. You never know...

FBI surveillance, I saw a post some time back about them having vans that drove around and monitored for radiation and bio weapons. Just throwing it out there.

does it drive by the same time every day?

I am assuming it has no Lic. plates is that correct?

stop the van politely ask if they need any direction and ask what their business is on your street its also not illegal to get the Vin number of the truck it will be in the driver-side front windshield right on the bottom a little metal tag riveted to the dashboard. just bring you camera or phone and snap a pic of the VIN or Lic. plate...

I would call the cops and say there is a suspicious van lurking in the neighborhood, maybe you can record when they show up? Discreetly of course!

Good luck

hmmmm. very suspicious.
they are not men in black? that would be cool.
sounds like they are working on a tip, maybe a meth lab close by.

I had no idea until my neighbors shed blew up I had a meth lab next door. Since then, the unmarked have been heavy and I live on a road about 1 1/2 mile long with 5 houses. kind of obvious now.
hindsight is 20/20

To answer your question.
Wakeupriseup-No i have not designed a car powered by water that has already been invented.

muzzleflas-i live in the U.S in Ga in a very very small town in the middle of nowhere
W1LL-it does drive by at similar times. i never thought to look at the license plates but i will.

It's probably some kind of Hunter-Killer van under alien control. Sometimes they drive around all day waiting for people to kidnap. I would stay indoors at all times they will shove probes up your ass if you get captured and they will beam your grandma up to the mother ship before they start Independance day. You better give her a ring and tell her to buy a shotgun because they are using the old age grey haired models to locate their victims and your grandma is targeted lol.

Also, another thing is maybe they are trying to pick up home network signals to use.

Did they ask to come into your grandmas house?
Maybe casing those places and seeing if anyone one was at home to break into.

I'd venture to guess there is a better chance of them being thieves that are scoping out the area.

Having had carpet installed before, I can assure you than anyone even remotely related to a carpet install crew will not be wearing a suit and tie.

Likewise, I can't really imagine that an undercover, surveillance crew would be wearing a suit and tie as well. If it were a surveillance van, I'd expect that it might have some type of signage as to draw less attention. Perhaps be disquised as a cable company van, a plumber's van, a telephone install van, etc...

I once had 2 different friends scammed by these white van guys as well buy it doesn't sound related:

Just a couple of suggestions, firstly the innocent:

Certainly where I'm from, I know my postcode (zip code) gives sat nav users some hassle. Even after 3 years, people have driven to a field a few miles out of town. The estate actually has 2 codes and both will pin point you to somewhere random on a satnav and not the estate itself, perhaps this could be a massive sat nav error? One delivery driver, using my postcode, ended up in a town about 45 minutes away - but I presume that was his own fault for typing in something incorrectly, because he should've at least ended up in the nearby field

The less innocent is a warning - it could be a well thought out burglary attempt. Your property, or someone elses - your actions and other peoples actions could be being watched, to get an idea of movements in the area. I'm only saying this because the other day I noticed a man walk past a shop about 5 times, then he went in, and stole some stuff. I realized he'd been watching the one supervisor, who would ocassionally pop to the warehouse - so he picked his oppurtune moment (sadly as I was reporting it he was walking out the door).

So just be careful. A pimped out white van with no signage does not sound like a legitimate business vehicle, but I don't know how things work in America. Certainly in the UK it would be considered pretty unusual. If it shows up again - go and be forward. Tell them you're suspicious about them and you've already filed a report. Even if they really are innocent at least you'll have the upper hand and they'll think twice about returning. Also if they're completely innocent they should understand your concern and have no problem with it. Any other reaction IMO would mean they probably are up to something dodgy.

Hope you get some answers!

No intelligence agents, NOCs or case workers are involved and neither is LEO. There not that stupid.

"Hey Granny you like need some carpet?" Give me a break.

Next time you see it, let them know you know you see them, shoot the van the finger. If they come back again, run out and catch the van and beat the ever loving pi** out of the driver.

I can't believe you would let your Granny be victimized like that.

Edit: Forget the part about "pi**", too drastic.

Have you thought about moving?

Scary thoughts. Why should he give her a ring, why not a charm bracelet?
