Unexpected Attempt of OBE

Sometime last night, can't remember when, I all of sudden for some weird reason tried to OBE, I tried this by imagining myself in outer space and floating above Earth, I guess it somewhat worked, because I felt my heart chakras (I'm not sure if it was the heart, it felt as if it were in that area) started burning or going crazy, I can't remember the exact feeling, but it definitely woke me up. While this 'burning' sensation was their (it lasted for a few seconds) I felt as if I was floating above my body, but I knew I wasn't. What do you make of this?
