7 year old boy could be charged with sex harrasment- for kicking bully in nads!

Defending yourself from being strangled by a schoolyard bully by kicking him in a place that may stop him from reproducing, saving the world from more like him----> inappropriate touching

Strangling a kid because you are feeling angry----> perfectly fine

here is an update on the story i guess the child who did the kicking is geting kicked out and transfered to another school wow this is some insane crap when did it become illegal to stop some one from CHOKING you one of the easyest ways to accidently kill some one is choking this kids mom needs a good lawyer and to start sueing the crap out of any one and every one and besides if the legal precednt of this is set does that mean if a girl is being raped and she kicks her attacker in the nuts that shes guilty of sexual harassment or some simaler charge? this is insane

The government is ridiculous, I am glad the young boy didn't cower to the bully. More Children should do the same.

Ironically, were they adults, the one being choked could have legally SHOT the aggressor dead.
