This is one of the most absurd things I have read in a long time.. kid doesn't even know what SEX is... !!!

It is funny how, in our country, if WE are attacked (by 'terrorists'), it is "American" to fight back.. yet if we are physically attacked ourselves, we are supposed to turn our back, walk away, not defend ourselves... tell a teacher, or a cop...

I hope nothing happens to this kid.

I'm sure I'd have been charged with it then when I was all of ten years old and the little boys on the playground messed with me. I've kicked a few boys between their legs but sorry, they had it coming. Brought 'em to their knees and nope, they never messed with me again. Went home crying to their mommies...

I look at the idiocy that goes on in the UK these days (passing as government) and keep saying to myself, this is the US in 5-10 years time. When you throw out common sense, decency and personal responsibility, these things come naturally.

Huh, what?

I was reading this thread and thought to myself, "haha, this is what the UK was like under those socialist, lefty Labour types"... We're through that now, with the Tories in charge, and all the PC drivel is being rolled back. We can now defend ourselves again for one thing! P_lus they're going to roll back all the daft H&S nonsense that get's in the way, plus some other quite annoying laws those idiots brought in during their 13 year stint raping our country.

These are two of the most silliest stories I have read in some time.

For starters, I do not feel the child in who kicked his bully is a case of sexual harassment at all. I think it is clear case of self defense. The "touching" only occurred for a duration long enough to eliminate a threat. In this case the child was being choked. If a male student attacks a female student and that female kicks him in the groin to eliminate the threat, is she then guilty of sexual harassment? For some that example may be a stretch, but this is the slippery slope such a policy will put us on.

The second article that has been posted in this thread is a perfect example of stupidity. If anyone read it carefully, the 9 year old was suspended for saying a teacher was "cute". However he did not say it to the teacher, he was overheard making the remark to another student.

Now for me that brings up the issue of where is the victim? In order to sexually harass anyone, you need to do it to someone so there is a victim. That did not happen in this case.

Its a sad day when attempted murder and thievery, takes a back seat to banal PC.And i hopes she uses the attempted murder defense when she fronts the school and proverbially kicks the school in the junk.

Ugh I saw this awhile ago and was pretty disgusted with this story. How is kicking someone in the groin at all sexual harassment? And when did it become wrong to defend yourself? I remember by the time I got out of high school it was already being said that if you got into a fight you were supposed to alert an adult and not defend yourself in any way. This kid should be applauded not charged with sexual harassment. This is just nuts (yeah I know I'm an idiot and it's probably already been said).

SHeesh! When I was that age, we used to play Bag Tag!. Although I guess that was semi-consensual. And before that it was kissing tag with the girls. If I grew up today, I would have been expelled for sure!

We have a limit here in the UK of 10 before a child is prosecuted , do you not have the same type of thing over there?

Basically until 10 they are not held responsible for their actions as they aer children, we do get some things right sometimes over here.

I say kudos to that brave kid!
For a time, I was bullied around in school till I got into a fight with one, and I won.
Then after, I wasn't the little boy you can push around and made friends more easily...he did exactly the right thing.

That story is pretty amazing. That women has zero common sense and can't even take a "compliment".
I remember saying to my teacher in 6th grade that I found her beautiful and that I would like my future wife to resemble her. She just blushed, said thank you and that's it...now that's a real women deals with kids.

What is the statute for filing a criminal suit against someone who kicks another in the groin? I think 95% of us men have quite a few pending lawsuits on our hands and I could use the money right now.

Ah yes the world of political correctness. Brought about by all the liberals in government who wouldn't want anybodies feelings to be hurt. Shame the kid didn't follow it up with a punch to the nose. Then they could charge him with assault and battery. Send the violent little kid to prision that'll teach him to defend himself. Who does he think he is. (sarcasm)

Everyone happy with the world according to the liberals. Of coarse the bully was the victim here. Poor guy had cold hands and the other kid wouldn't share. I think it's clear who is at fault here.

My daughter who is 6 years old is being sexually harassed at school. There is a boy her age who keeps chasing her and everyday he tells her he wants her to be his girlfriend. No problem there, normal 1st grader things. But, recently he says to her he wants to touch her butt. Now she says she doesn't like him chasing her, because he runs faster than her.

I told her the next time he annoys you and you tell him to stop, kick him in his privates. I guess I should direct her to kick him in the leg. Thats crazy that a little boy being bullied is now being charged with sexually harassment. What kind of message is the school sending the child. That it is ok to bully, but not to stick up for yourself.

Maybe. It's going to take a long long time to wean the welfare recipients, living with their single mom off the dole. You are looking at a 20 year plan at this point. When large groups of people are uneducated and lacking in morals, living beside immigrants that hate you, things, don't change over night.

Much ado about nothing here?
What was he charged with?
Nothing.

Inflamatory thread based on almost nothing. Someone was told one kid touched another kid in the crotch and vowed to look into it. So?

the law protects the criminals nowadays. Change has to occur. If change doesn't happen we won't survive. This is the law of nature.

Some of these teacher just need the crap beat out of them. The teachers and school board members are full of crap and they need it beat out of them. It is that simple. While they are laid up in the bed for a few weeks they will have time to think about how they should act when they go back to school or get a job some where else.

I hope it is all dropped, the boy doesn't need to live with that charge the rest of his life over nothing. He was being choked, if he couldn't breathe, his life was threatened. The 'bully' should be the one getting in trouble.

This country is just completely, insanely out of control on both a micro and a macro level.

I think the insanity and ridiculousness is spreading from as a massive global scale.

It's like an infection, but working backwards, from the larger to the smaller, from the brutal illogical actions of the government abroad, to the police back home, to local governments and communities.

Pretty soon we'll be executing our neighbors.
