Well to deny ignorance I did a search of the county records, in Dayton Ohio and these people do exist, and are divorced now. Wonder why?

Article says they were boyfriend/ girlfriend, but they were married at the time.

www.clerk.co.montgomery.oh.us...

Apparently, Ryan found out that Rossie had cheated with a long-time friend of his, but instead of confronting her about it he acted like everything was normal and hatched a plan for revenge. Originally, Rossie tried to have Ryan charged with assault, but the ingenious tattoo artist had covered his bases by plying Rossie with wine and tequila shots and getting her to sign a consent form that stated the design was “at the artist’s discretion.”

If anyone has a login for NexisLexis we could do a search for the pending lawsuit.

Tattoo artist Ryan Fitzgerald from Dayton, OH was hit with a $100,000 lawsuit last week by his ex-girlfriend Rossie Brovent. She claims that her boyfriend was supposed to tattoo a scene from Narnia on her back but instead tattooed an image of a pile of excrement with flies buzzing around it.

i'm a tattoo artist, and the artwork is really bad! i think if the 'artist' actually did attempt a scene from narnia,it would still look like a big pile of crap!!!

I have to say it's pretty moronic..

Ok.

I know it's terrible.

A permanent scarring of someone's body

I still loled when I saw the pic.

More than just a little.

I'm guessing he didn't enjoy the Narnia films... his own interpretation then perhaps?

Lol, cut the man some slack.

It's enough he's gonna be down $100,000, no need to put him down more... < Pun!

I have to wonder though...

That is more than a couple hours of work on her back...did she not take a break and check it out at some point?

I mean...I am covered in tattoos...and my back has probably 80+ hours of ink on it...a break after a couple hours is pretty customary...you would of thought she would want to see the work progressing!

I don't know...just a thought!

Apparently he got her liquored up, so he most likely had 8 hours plus to do the work.

Can this much work be done in 8 hours?

I would think that much work could be done in less than 4 hours by any decent artist...although I am of the shared opinion that this guys work sucks...so I don't know...might of taken longer!

Eight hours would have been plenty of time though!

If you look at the way he worded the waiver,i wonder how that stands up in court??

getting her to sign a consent form that stated the design was “at the artist’s discretion.”
