ex]Lynn Chong, former chair of the Belknap County Democratic Committee, has publicly endorsed Ron Paul, saying, “I have found other kindred souls.” Belknap County has been trending Republican for several election cycles with George W. Bush carrying a 12% margin in the 2004 elections She indicates that she has left the Democratic Party and changed her voter registration to “undeclared” so that she may participate in New Hampshire’s primary.

That's great to read! Sorry I don't have much to add, just a
,I hope more can see past party lines to the truth! Now more than ever, bipartisanship needs to be pushed aside... it's do or die time if we ever want to stand united again as a country.

If people who are registered Democrats like Ron Paul, this is their chance. But, they are running out of time. They have to check their local election laws and register appropriately so they can vote/caucus for him! If he gets 4% again, forget about EVER bringing him up again. It will prove O'Reilly correct, that the Ron Paul supports are just a small group of people who flood online polls.

Any intelligent American, whether Republican or Democrat, should be able to look at the state of this country, think for a few minutes, and realize how Ron Paul is the best presidential candidate. Sure, everybody probably has a couple of issues that they disagree with him on, but for the most part his nomination would benefit this country.

Less government oppression, actually obeying the Constitution, no more endless, insanely expensive wars, an audit of the private and secretive banking organization that prints our money out of thin air, ending the endless (unless it's ended....lol) drug war that jails hundreds of thousands of people for victimless crimes, and sticking to his word as he's done for decades.

But New Gingrich, he can defeat Obama! Derp!

We keep hearing about and seeing support for Ron Paul.

Can someone verify his voting record in Congress has actually been in favor of the majority of citizens?

I understand He has a lot of "no-votes" as in "did not vote".

Has He ever voted in favor of legislation that has a negative impact of the majority of citizens?

Was Mr Paul ever a local politician?

If so, what did He do then that had a positive impact on the local citizens?

From his campaigns pamphlet; below is a list of actions Ron Paul wishes to accomplish if elected:

Phase out the IRS,
End the Income Tax,
Bring all Troops Home,
Stop Foreign Aide,
End the War on Drugs,
Repeal Patriot Act,
End Foreign Wars,
Return spending to 2006 levels,
Take a yearly pay of $39,000 (equivalent to the average American wage)

Can Ron Paul do all these things without passing bills through Congress?

Can He do all this by Executive Order?

I think He needs a lot of help !

ron paul is being noticed because he acknowledges that our financial system has real problems that need more than printing money.

and the other candidates are competing on who can be the biggest warmonger.

i'm lucky to live in a state with an open primary.

Ron Paul, while he dislikes Exeuctive Power, can do a lot of that through it.

Ironically; but he will do it on the basis it is against the Constitution.

I been saying this over and over.

Ron Paul can not win the Republican nomination when his core supporters are anti-war Democrats and Pro-drug hippies.

Not enough will go to the bother of changing their voter registration cards.

Plus the guy is 76 years old.

If you wish to discredit Paul by using his voting record, then research it yourself and present us with facts.

good start !

now let's look at each "Yea" vote and see if it was positive for the majority of Americans.

let's see if each "Nay" vote was positive for the majority of Americans.

and let's point where each "Did Not Vote" was positive for the majority of Americans.

In order to convince people on the teetering edge, you MUST point to the FACTS, not the opinions and flag waving rahrah.

Let's get to work and get the support going.

The supporters need to prove the point.

No proof = No support.

We heard enough with the Obamuh campaign.

Here's one ..... right on top.

Title: Proposing a Balanced Budget Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

Ron Paul: "Did Not Vote"

I wonder why?

Has anyone asked?

It failed anyway, but what message did Ron Paul send to the average citizen?

H J Res 2 - Proposing a Balanced Budget Amendment to the U.S. Constitution - Key Vote

This is what people are questioning.

He didn't vote quite a bit in the recent months. Well, he IS campaigning for president, out of all of the GOP candidates, he is the most busiest as he has the largest group of supporters most eager to see their candidate.

I was skimming down and this captured my attention:
April 27, 2010 HR 5146 Prohibiting 2010- 2011 Congressional Cost-of-Living Pay Increase Bill Passed - House
(402 - 15) Yea

What?
A congressman that didn't vote for his own raise?
A congressman that returned $141,000 from his congressional account to the U.S. Treasury this year and $100,000 the year before that?
A congressman that refuses to accept his congressional pension because he doesn't believe in partaking in the crippled national social programs?

The evidence is in his actions.
