Hey MrBlueSky,

I had difficulty in uploading an avatar at first and had to ask. Turns out it was really simple.

Click on "tools", on the right hand side of the tool bar you will see "ATS Uploads" highlighted in green. Click on it and then you will see the upload image button!

It's not too difficult here is what I did:

1.) Go to the ATS home page.

2.) Click on the 'Tools' tab

3.) Click on the 'ATS uploads' tab it's green

4.) There is a 'Select Image File' button in the upper left corner click it

You need to have the image on your hard drive, well I did anyway, select the image and it will upload.
Refresh your browser and your image should appear on the ATS page.
Click the image and you will see various options. Select 'Avatar'.
A new window will open, be sure to set the image as your Avatar in the new window.
