Noone can say anything definate untill someone from ATS goes to that place. But of course if that ATS member takes pictures there, the other's will still yell smoke or photoshop...

A couple of years back now, he had a pic on his main site, of some kids (I think in South America), holding up the head of what looks like a huge green fish (it was the size of a bowling ball).

Does anyone have that pic, I've never seen it since.

There was recently a forum with that pic in it. I think it's the latest one with the firey alien. The "reptillian head" is further down the thread, and members have found out that it was done by an artist. Not intended as a hoax, but as a piece of art...
