Neato - very nice interactive map there,with a beautiful underlayer depicting the terrain, plus some different layers, like snow cover, that are not available on on the other maps I usually look at.

One of my favorite things about the internet is up-to-date weather information. I mean, how cool is it to have a satellite picture of the clouds that's only about an hour old? Or zoomable, frequently updating radar images that give an easily read picture of a storm's strength and track. You can see how fast the worst of it is coming, or not. Did I say I love weather information on the internet?

It's a KMZ file generator which you can use to overlay weather on Google Earth or similar.
