Check this out too. Remember the show "Unsolved Mysteries"? This was on there from 1994. Happened in Washington, USA. Pretty crazy stuff.

How long could it take to do a substance analysis? A few hours?

And when you leave it a mystery, to some that means it must be mysterious.

Here's a guess:

They know it is the byproduct of one or more of the local factories, but the factory employes people and the government makes money from both the factory and the taxes; so, rather than alarm people about the long-term health risks, and cause an immediate shut-down and loss of jobs, they leave the answer unstated.

With any luck at all, wild speculation will take place about "chem-trails" and nothing will change for the better for the people who are being sickened by the industrial by-products.

Can you see, perhaps, why ignorance is harmful to others? Can you?

No, you can't. Chem-trails are fun, chem-trails are about "thinking-out-of-the-box," and chem-trails offer a more exciting and mysterious view of a dull life. Who cares if the absurd causes thousands to live and die in filth, right?

yes it does relate to this op because both could be chemtrail caused.

I live in the U.k and thankfully have not seen chem trails or white goop but this is terrible for other countries whose infranstructure could be so much better if it was not for their lackey governments. The U.k government is lackey too. The U.s government has great sub deparments to deal with toxic substances over wide spread areas but funding is lacking.
Enviromental protocols are there but are not always carried out dutifully because sometimes people, the men and women on the ground like to cut corners and sometimes they just miss bits through no fault of their own.

Widespread gloop could be so much worse which it is not.

I'm sorry, but I am not willing to base my beliefs on any article which is propagating this BS.

Unlike normal jet exhaust contrails that dissipate quickly, chemtrails linger in the sky and often spread into artificial clouds.

If you don't think normal contrails can linger then you need to better understand how a contrail, or natural cirrus cloud, form. It takes quite a leap of faith to believe that the most likely explanation for this goo is due to airliner exhaust. Especially since the article states this.

According to Digital Journal, local officials in Dilovasi, which is a heavy industrial area with roughly 200 industrial plants around the area, have been accused of covering up the severity of toxic pollution in the area.

This is a heavy industrial town with a multitude of fatory industries in the area. The fact that this "goo" is located in the vicinity of such industries is quite worrying. It seems that factory pollution has been an ongoing problem for the residents in the area.

This article which was posted over a week before the natural news article mentions the concern over the local pollution, and how a proffessor may be facing charges for highliting the concerns over it.

While the white substance has not yet been identified, residents have little reason to be optimistic about its effects on their health. In February, local environmental officials found that 1,000 tons of industrial sludge had been dumped in a vacant field between two villages in the Dilovası area. A month before that, the head of the Public Health Department at Kocaeli University released findings of "abnormally high" quantities of heavy metals in the breast milk of local mothers and the feces of their babies.

To date, authorities have denied any elevated health risk in the area, where industrial operations continue to expand. Two local mayors even filed a criminal charges against Professor Onur Hamzaoğlu, the author of the heavy-metals report, for allegedly trying to "spread fear and panic" with his research.

This town sounds like a horrible place to live, and it makes me thankful for the country I Iive in. Dense populations amongst such pollution does not seem like a good idea. Especially if authorities are proclaiming that nothing is wrong. Here is a pic from the article.

It seems like a bit of an insult to the people who live in Dilovası to simply dismiss this pollution as a result of the ice crystals you see high up in the atmosphere behind jet aircraft. Industrial pollution is a very real problem.

Goo from the sky is not a new thing and it is not necessary cased by industries, bio warfare or from any other man made method. Goo falling from the sky has been documented going back hundreds of years. Read or look up the works of Charles Forte, The Book of the Damned. Good start.

I had a spider web fall from the sky earlier today. It struck me as weird because it's so cold out.

Ectoplasm. If it is ectoplasm then there has to be one seriously pissed off spirit lurking around. No joke ectoplasm is a real phenomenon and is often found in locations possessed or haunted by demonic entities.

If not that then i have no idea what the white goo could be. Perhaps it's some sort of chemical contaminant? Maybe it's a biochemical terrorist attack on Turkey perpetrated by Syria? If it is making people sick then maybe it is radioactive? I'm stumped.

I agree, also if you do research you will find that some of the firsts scientists that got to see these different stuffs, did not think they were natural, that always comes later!

Whats the link for that article? I don't got much to worry about then i am O+ my blood is universal. This is wierder than actually finding out about aliens existing.

This story makes great science fiction, all we got to go on is some random guys testimony which could be flat out lies for all we know. Orson Welles thought he was entertaining the U.S. when he aired War of the Worlds and he wasn't expecting people to commit suicide but it happened.

According to that article it would happen mid to end of October 2011, well it hasn't happened yet.

Actually if they started spreading a virus in October we may not know yet. I never say never anymore, there are to many weird things. I saw on RSOE when i looked the other day was a fever break out like dengue fever but when they tested it, it was an unknown virus they could not identify it...that was all the info on it.

I too am poss blood type A so we would be unaffected.

Now it seems really far out, but I started studying the blood types online a bit and I found that when the black plague hit the world (possibly from space) it had about the same death to survival rate as this letter lists. It altered human evolution as the survivors had specific blood immunity. So any large plague can change a population by filtering out those weak to it and strengthening the ones who pass through it and live. But it also can cause changes that are passed down in the remaining people who developed immunity to it.

A mutation caused by the plague in Europe has made some of the population resistant to HIV for instance. You could actually change the world population by plague in any way if it was a designer virus.
