just wondering, i'm a traveler, but for the last 10 years i've kept my rubber on the ground.
my sister is the world traveler of the family.
she was on a business and pleasure trip, said for the first time she was seriously groped at jfk airport.
full cupping of breasts and gloved finger inside panties.
safe to say, she's pissed.
for the amount she flies, she's in bali right now, i've been surprised that it took this long.
considering the uproar, deserved uproar, has anyone else had an experience to share?

As a matter of fact just last week I was at the airport and a guy came up to me and said I had been selected for additional screening. He pulled me aside and started to put on a latex glove, then I realized that I was in the line for Starbucks, so something didn't seem quite right!

In all seriousness, I am one of the unfortunate people that has a metal implant, so x-ray or not, I get the TSA "Full Body Massage", without the happy ending of course! It really sucks!

I guess I've just learned to deal with it since 9/11, I have no choice if I want to fly. (luckily only about 4 or 5 times a year)

If People strat to refuse to be ''heavy petted'' and do it ''en-masse'' then tptb have to reconsider how they do things...........

At the moment we accept this and moans on message boards but do nothing.......... in the queue at the airport everyone else just watches and smiles BUT if we all complained then action would have to take place.....

For the record I have flow about 24 times this year alone and have not been singled out BUT i do make a point of smiling inanely at the security people whom seem to not want to go near me....... Good !!

PDUK

If i was going to have a full body search done, i'd request a female, and a pretty one. If i'm gonna get groped i at least want my ego stroked.

They don't pick you because by smiling at them, you show you are not afraid.

It's all fear based.

How long until one of these TSA people gets farted on, and they claim assault? You know it'll happen.

I was groped per say but it was alittle intrusive.

I had knee surgery back in '04 and had to fly home after I was rehabbed. I had a full knee brace with metal hinges when I went to the airport. ofcourse the metal detector went off and I had to be personally screened. The brace was under my jeans but definetly noticable that it was there. Since it was too big for me to just pull my pant leg up, the made me pull down my pants. They inspected the brace and determined I was going to blow up the plane.

This was before I had done any research on the TSA gropings or the like so I reluctantly obliged. It wasnt groping but alittle embarassing to pull down my pants at an airport infront of people I didnt know.

I take you didn't see the story last month of our SS arresting a guy for getting an erection during his "pat-down"? And those of you who bought into obamas BS about "if you don't like it take a train", what are you going to do now that they are at the train-stations and on the highways. I'll tell you, you'll ignore it because you don't live in Tennessee and haven't seen it yet, just like the jews did in the '30's, "it's ok it's not really happening, they wouldn't do that here".

Lol yeah i don't doubt that. Don't much care either. Way i see it your putting your damned hands on me, if i get an erection thats your fault , i never asked for a handjob anyway. Pretty sure a judge would throw that out too. Thats the equivalent of accusing a woman who was raped of enjoying the rough sex she didn't ask for and didn't want and then letting the rapist go free.

I hear ya, unfortunately that is precisely where all of us are at right now. That was what the Ventura lawsuit was about, and they refused to hear it, so in essence, the rapist did go free.

It happened to me a few weeks ago. I was in Traverse City, MI airport. I was one of those that were randomly chosen by a beep going off as I passed through the metal detector. The woman was very nice and explained every move as she did it. She was very professional. I don't think she did anything that I would consider disgusting even though I felt a bit violated anyway. She ran her fingers down the waistband of my jeans but didn't go any farther. Maybe because it's a small airport, not alot of people passing through at 6 a.m. they were careful and courteous. I can imagine in a bigger airport they are more cautious and more in a hurry.

Urban legend, didn't happen.

As far as the patdowns, I fly weekly and often international. The US is much less invasive than other countries and only those dillusional enough to think the screeners are getting their jollies somehow seem to have an issue with it. Tell your sister to fly out of India sometime if she did not like her experience in the US...

Good luck, have you seen the type of women who work for the tsa? You have a better chance of getting grope raped by big sis than some pretty one.
