Something to think about with regard to control of populations.

It occurred to me today that people, could and do, go about their whole lives exposed to compounds they don't even know exist and how nefarious agencies could easily sneak some pretty effective stuff past you. You would never be the wiser. Let's say you had a problem with protesters. How could you make them go away without them being aware of your actions.




Effective and efficient. The atmospheric sensors would detect wind speed, humidity and temperature. The cctv would monitor crowd density. The control computer would then take the information from the sensors and the cctv and adjust delivery density for maximum effect. The storage tank could be placed anywhere on the premises.
