As most of you know, intelligent design is just another belief system. Not being able to be proven wrong or right. However, that does not mean you can not show how improbable it is due to some of the problems (or transitions in evolution) we see in many different species today.

Mammals in the ocean.

The whale is well-known and is the largest known creature in the sea. Something sets the whale apart from most sea creatures, though. It does not have gills. It has a blow hole in which it breathes with a lung. Tell me the intelligence in creating a creature that spends it's entire time in water, but breathes air. It seems that the whale breathing air with a lung (among many other traits, such as their vestigial legs) is a trait that it has been left behind from it's land roaming ancestors.

Giraffe birth

Giraffe's give birth standing up. If you know anything about a giraffe, you know that the birthing canal is not exactly close to the ground. When a giraffe gives birth, the baby giraffe falls a good five to six feet to the ground, hoping it's legs and not it's long neck will break the fall. This does not exactly secure a position in life for the young giraffe and surely no intelligent designer is affiliated with this.

Feeding a baby kangaroo

When a kangaroo is born, it is starting life at an immature state. It is about two centimeters long and weighs less than a gram! Immediately after being born, it must crawl it's way from the birth canal to one of four teats to continue it's journey in life. Along with their size, baby kangaroos are not exactly the most mobile of beings and have a high risk of dying before reaching the teat to begin life.

Hyena clitoris

The Hyena has the largest clitoris in the world and is sometimes mistaken for a penis, often being referred to as a "pseudo penis." Why is this relevant? If the clitoris of a Hyena is engorged while giving birth to it's young, it will be crushed to death because it cuts off the passage to the outside of the birth canal.

These are just a few cases that clearly shows no intelligent designer created the inhabitants of this planet. I understand that people can hold their beliefs and what not, but asserting those beliefs to be facts is the problem. Draw the line between what you believe and what scientists work very hard to accomplish.

1. Breathing with a lung rather than gills preserves body heat at the cold depths, and is actually better than gills.

2. A giraffe has few natural predators and a very secure niche. To keep this secure niche it gives certain things up, like fool proof birthing. All animals do have a failure rate in that area.

3. Natural selection. Only the strongest will make it.

4. Hyenas have a very odd female genitalia, probably intended to increase the chance of conception in high temperatures.

I have an example. The male member has a foreskin at birth. The Bible requires that this be cut away at birth after 7 days, when blood coagulates. Why? This is a symbol of protection and removal of the protection. When the baby is in the womb, the foreskin protects from infection from fecal matter and from friction. This preserves the baby until after it exits the womb. How is this important and why does the Bible use this as a symbol?

In the Bible, 7 days is 7000 years. We are currently ending 6000 when the foreskin will be cut away completely at the end of the last day when Christ arises in our hearts.

The foreskin in the womb of the earth is pride. It must be cut away to reveal the seed of life that allows rebirth. It is necessary for protections in the harsh environment of the earth. When pride is cut away, it is replaced with love for others. Also necessary to transcend reality. The law is the foreskin of the Bible. Christ came to cut away the law in place of THE law of love. The law was our guardian.

Galatians 3

Children of God

23 Before the coming of this faith, we were held in custody under the law, locked up until the faith that was to come would be revealed. 24 So the law was our guardian until Christ came that we might be justified by faith. 25 Now that this faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian.

26 So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, 27 for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

All of nature proclaims his glory! See it or miss it. Your choice.

Romans 1

18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
