The world's major agrochemical companies, Monsanto, Dow, Bayer, Syngenta, DuPont and BASF, will face a public tribunal in early December accused of systematic human rights violations. They are accused of violating more than 20 instruments of international human rights law through promoting reliance on the sale and use of dangerous and unsafe pesticides including endosulfan, paraquat and neonicotinoids.

The "Permanent People’s Tribunal" isnt a court.
Really its not much more than a bunch of people sitting around talking about stuff and writing an official looking document afterwards.
You could start your own "People's Tribunal" if you wish.

Unfortunately its a peoples court with no teeth. I relish the day that the people are powerful enough and brave enough to actually start arresting these criminal murdering pieces of crap.
