Bakelite is a form of plastic. The first plastics were invented by an Englishman:

My father and his father before him were tool and die makers. They built metal dies from scratch to make parts for all sorts of industry from the customer's design or ideas and many times had to come up with new fabrication techniques.

Once I remember when I was real young watching how a new design of a Coke-a-cola hand truck was fabricated by my father. Stick a hollow tube into the bottom section of a die until it hit a stop, push a button, and a hundred ton press forced the top die to drop onto the bottom die to bend, punch, and flatten half of the tube. Turn it around after the press returned to the "up" position and repeat. Viola, the hand truck was complete except for the cargo plate and wheels.

No alien ever came to their shop and showed them how and no customer flew in a big super silver craft to order parts. Everything they fabricated came from their own heads and from scratch.

As well as the breakthroughs made by Japanese, French, Jewish, English, Australian, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Canadian, and American inventors just to name a few that immediately come to mind. Every country and people have awesome inventions because that's what people do: we think, form patterns, and attempt to innovate. Aliens and the Germans apparently aided by them do not have the market cornered on new ideas and their implementation.

How exactly did these dinosaurs and insectoids survive underground without suffocating or starving to death? Their survival requires photosynthesis at some point in their food chain.

This is a very intense thread! I have read all the pages except from 15 to 20.... cause that was my lunch break, haha. And Alot of the information presented is if not more than interesting, makes one at least think. I have recently noticed shows and topics on MSM about missing persons, i think there is even a series on discover or a channel similar called "Missing". An interesting theory by the OP to say the least.

One thought I would like to say concerning many posts about why would 'other world beings' bother making a deal when they could just take - I have posted this in another thread and it fit s this one as well;

distraction. If I want something from you and just take it- there will be drama. If I 'strike a deal' and get your blessing, now your happy, I dont have to deal with you, and I can still do whatever I want. Makes things easy.

True...it's the Gummi Bears that cemented it for me.

I think this thread underestimates humans and our abilities. There is no need for outside intervention for these things to have been invented, just some bright minds and positive research environments.

Warning them is kind of a moot point. If aliens decided you would make a nice addition to their bacon bits recipe I doubt you could get away. Sort of like that X-Files episode where the aliens snatch a guy from a commercial airliner in mid-flight.
