Sounds like a heavy handed judge and jury to me, younnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn nnnnnnnnnn got accused of theft so they kill a member of the family and beat up granny. Hell even if he did steal it and hide it somewhere I don't think he will do it again.
eta Wait a minute they where looking for a stolen xbox and drugs? where the drugs reported stolen with the xbox? How did they get a search warrant for both if it wasn't? Something doesn't smell right here.edit on 19-11-2011 by jonco6 because: +

I know pretty good solution for situations like this. Every LEA officer should have camera mounted camera, sending live feed (and of course recording). Would be perfect if they have one camera pointing forward and one backwards.
This is already in operation in some countries like Northern Ireland.
In matter of fact I think that would prrevent a lot of police brutality, but also would give evidence against aggresors.
Of course unions would never allow it.
The second family dog was running away, trying to escape, when it was also shot and murdered. That’s right. I use the word murder and that is for a reason.

If you shoot a police dog it's as the same as shooting an officer perhaps it's time to charge the cops for killing a member of your family!!
So I am just a law student and not a lawyer but I too checked out the information on Iowa Courts Online. Mr. Spaulding you are doing your story and credibility no favors by posting your words online. The one accurate statement you made was that you do have convictions for serious assault and an aggravated possession with intent to deliver. The one problem I see is that this actually appears to be part of a plea deal. It states that you were actually charged with 1 count of C-Felony Possesion with Intent, 2 counts of Aggravated Misdemeanor Possesion with Intent, and 2 Counts of Tax Violations which are both D Felonies. So in total you were charged with 3 felonies and 2 aggravated misdemeanors. The good part for you is that you were able to make some sort of arrangement where you pled guilty to just the Aggravated Misdemeanors (lucky you). Then on the serious assault you were convicted of you were actually charged with Wilful Injury which is also a Felony and again you were able to plea that down. So in total in the past year you have been charged with 4 Felonies. Mr. Spaulding I would exercise you right to remain silent, the more you say the worse you look, especially when your story can be verified online and yours doenst paint a pretty picture ps. The everyday term for Possession w/ Intent is "Drug Dealing". Mr. Spaulding you are a convicted drug dealer, stop talking

Jesus Christ, what the hell is up with cops and dogs? Do cops have some secret vendetta against them?
