At 4:48 he starts talking about 9/11 and Bush and how the 'diplomatic community' reacted to Bush's claims against Iraq and no one believed it, but started going along under intense pressure from Bush and America, and many were aware that so much of it was fake.
Thanks for posting, it's good to get a foreign diplomat's viewpoint. It can't be said enough, Bush and his admin lied their way into the Iraq war.
