I figure I should introduce myself before I start spouting off on random threads( already posted once on a rant without intro, my bad)

First off I've been frequenting this site for a while now and just recently became a member to make this official. I would consider myself a part of a group of people who are deciding to step up to the plate and question the status quo of this country(US). This group has idly sat by and let things be an accepted everything that happens an everything we hear as " what can you do?". Fortunately my generation has given rise to the wonders of the internet, and " with great power, comes great responsibility". At first the internet was blown off as this new idea and wasn't utilized to its fullest potential. Than came the spread of what I call the propaganda age. Which included and wasn't limited to countless spam email spreading around ideas catering to one side or the other in order to trash the opposing views credibility or stance. That and porn was what the majority of the internet was used for. Research online was at first considered a good source of info than the internet boom blew that away and it became discredited because the internet was now a business an everyone had an angle. Slowly after the boom when video and some social networking came back did the internet gain its credibility. From there different views of the world were told that were unlike anything we heard. While 24hr news circuits and the 4 main news groups on TV and the few circulated print news were all we ever heard, we were suddenly bombarded with the "internet". Social networks and homemade views, videos, and comments introduced us to everything that wasn't covered mainstream, or if it was it wasn't the same story.

Now with saying all that I, I say this. In the beginning I, and many others, were apart of a group that always heard what we were told but knew there was always more to that story than what we were told. We are the group that to this day still celebrate Columbus' birthday for celebrating America but know it's untrue, have been told that JFK, MLK, RFK, Lincoln, and so many more were killed by a lone gunmen even though the majority don't believe it and neither does the evidence, we are not arrogant enough to believe that we are the only life in this vast universe, we are the ones that believe The 9/11 Commission Report is the greatest piece of fiction ever wrote, we are the ones who research mainstream religions before blindly following, and we are the ones who are fed up with our current situation of lies, politics, and money and demand change. We are not afraid to question the power structure of disinformation we are fed from birth, that goes from Teacher up.

So maybe it was Jim Garrison and the grassy knoll witnesses that made me question everything, maybe it was Roswell NM and its secrecy, or maybe it was the dawn of the internet that tipped me and this new generation of "conspiracy theorists" over the edge. I figure the best introduction as to who I am is the introduction of what I believe.

"It does not take a majority to prevail, rather an irate, tireless minority keen on setting brush fires in people's minds"
