Why Don't OWS people stop and think?

The easiest way to take a city without force is be make the police force go broke.

Standing in the same place where the police are is doing nothing.
Move around the city shutting down parts where the police are not and run
the overtime bill in the 100,000s. They will soon stop sending the police when the bill get past 10m

its at 3m now.

As soon as the police stop getting paid OT watch everything change.
