I do. All the time.
The Sun is very calm, as is the geomagnetic activity. There is nothing of note going on.
Do everyone a favor and use the other thread.

Bright CME / Minor Radiation Storm Continues

Comment on Message Board

Bright CME / S1 Minor Radiation Storm:
Early Saturday morning, a solar filament exploded in the northwest quadrant, causing a bright Coronal Mass Ejection. The image below is captured by Lasco C2 and in the new STEREO Ahead COR2 images, it does appear that most of the explosion was directed away from Earth. A glancing blow may be possible within 72 hours. The proton levels reached the S1 Minor Radiation Storm threshold and currently remain above that level.

EXTENDED WARNING: Proton 10MeV Integral Flux above 10pfu expected
Extension to Serial Number: 332
Valid From: 2011 Nov 26 1120 UTC
Now Valid Until: 2011 Nov 27 1200 UTC
Warning Condition: Persistence
Predicted NOAA Scale: S1 - Minor

Massive Hyder Flare is on its way to Earth and should reach us Monday, November 28, 2011.

I see nothing about a Hyder flare.
Do you know what a Hyder flare is? Do you know what the effects of a Hyder flare are?

You've just plagiarized this site:
www.ips.gov.au...

But if you bothered reading it you would see that a Hyder flare is a burst of light. A Hyder flare arrives at Earth 8 minutes after it occurs. Are you predicting a Hyder flare is going to occur tomorrow?

Max Waldmeier wrote a paper in 1938 which described the phenomenon of suddenly disappearing filaments (disparition brusque), and mentioned that these can be associated with flare-like brightenings, but it was left to Charles Hyder to postulate the first comprehensive mechanism for the such flares.

Flares are intense brightenings that occur in the solar chromosphere. Flares are generally observed from Earth using narrow band filters, typically with a bandwidth of less than 0.1 nm, and often centred on the Hydrogen-Alpha wavelength of 656.3 nm. Flares also have counterparts, that is, sudden outbursts, in the radio and X-ray spectrum.

You plagiarized it. Copied word for word. You also did not understand it. You said a Hyder flare will occur on Monday.

Well, maybe if you didn't spout the same ignorance of solar science across multiple threads I wouldn't have to deny it in so many threads.

A Hyder flare is no threat, and you have not provided any evidence that one will occur.

The results of that flare will be visible you will see!I know that!
