The face and the body look pretty legit to me, but it's the hand that looks really fake. I'd say not real, only because of the hand though...

The site cryptomundo has claimed to have identified this Qatar photo as a toy that is commercially available and their last posting was updated. Have not looked myself but they say the toys are on sale on Ebay and in dollars stores.

It's a troll, the little kind, and very likely the little plastic kind....Though either that pic has been touched up or its just a crappy shot because the hairiness on it looks pretty real. But it has five fingers so I would say fake.

Everybody knows the little trolls have 4 fingers.

A sprite it is not, its not even close to looking like a sprite, what makes the op call it a sprite? And I was looking forward to seeing some sprite pictures in this thread, but alas it turned out to be another troll in the thread, once again. But at least it's not a trolling thread.

This could be a modern day version of the Cottingley Fairies.
