I'm not sure about Venus' planetary history, but I find it hard to believe, even if Venus were once suitable for supporting life, that we have any chance of finding evidence of that life now, given current conditions on the planet. I mean, if there were only one or two, I can see where evidence of them would be scant. But over 40 million? Seems like there would be incontrovertible evidence of at least one of them readily available.

343 different skin colors?

I assume with such a large number, you are including shades of color (I mean, you would need to, if you wanted to get 343 -- right?). I suppose you could have red, light red, dark red, purple, green, dark green, light green, blue, greenish-blue, orange, reddish-orange, light blue, dark blue, darker blue, light green, lighter green, etc. You can't get 343 colors out of just the "general" colors -- you can maybe only get a few dozen.

But if that is the case -- if you were counting all of the SHADES of colors (dark, light, darker, lighter, even darker yet, etc...), then we have thousands (at least) of different skin colors for humans right here on Earth -- brown, light brown, lighter brown, dark brown, darker brown, even darker brown, peach, dark peach, pink, light pink, etc.

So I'm not sure where the specific number of 343 comes from. It seems like skin color could be categorized two ways:

1. either "generally" by only a couple dozen colors, OR
2. more "specifically" by an infinite range of shades of hues.

However, "343" doesn't really make sense. It's too big a number of colors if you were using generalities to describe skin color, and it's WAY too small a number if you were going to describe skin color by specific hues and shades.

I suppose to help me understand where the number 343 is coming from, could you please tell me how many of the 343 colors are the color of Earth human, and what, specifically, are those Earth human colors? Please list them.
