So if the American government can't get sufficient backing for an attack on Iran will they push for a no fly zone over Syria? It seems the mainstream media is starting to ramp up propaganda against Syria a little, plenty in the news today in the UK. And they have just announced on Sky News that the Arab League won't support Syria and have pretty much blacklisted them.

While the world is still focused on Iran I am watching Syria closely. I think many people will say that attacking Syria wont be as bad as attacking Iran and this may let the Americans beat the drums of war further.

This shows the the saudis and others are starting to really distance themselves from Syria. I am a little concerned about Egypt also and which path they will take in any further middle east conflict. Involving Egypt will mean a spread of the war into the African continent.

It seems countries are starting to "solidify" partnerships, pretty much taking sides and positioning themselves on the chess board for more conflict.

Why do people ignore that there was never a USA versus Syria in the table. Syria has a mutual protection pact with Iran, an attack on Syria is the same as an attack on Iran.

Thats why it would be convenient if the Syrians themselves with supplied arms, take care of matters. Iranis are mostly Sunnis. There is not much love for Sunnis in the middle east, even if they bash jews.
