Mystery radiation across Europe

I'm not sure if this thread has already been started but, I find it peculiar that radiation is being detected in low levels across Europe. Hopefully this does not pose a threat to health.

There was a post earlier about this but it sounded more like just the over the Czeh republic. Now it has my interest too. I wonder if this is a reactor that someone doesn't know has gone bad, a failed dirty bomb attempt, or maybe just left over debris from Fukushima or Chernobyl.

My guess is that its radiating from Fukushima unless there are other nuclear reactors that are not known to us. I131 is pretty bad, it pretty much screws up the thyroid gland.
