WARNINNG:Not a very nice video! This is making me more and more sick as I see more and more of this. I wonder if these idiots have always been this ignorant or if it because of the rise of technology so it seems like it happens more? Not many things really anger me nowadays, at 46 years old I've been round the block a few times and can be quite cynical.
But that really boiled my piss.

How come no-one did anything?

I hope someone recognises the culprit and his arsehole mates and grasses them right up and they get sent to the roughest jail possible.....pure scumbags.

Makes me really angry to see anyone treat another human being like this. What kind of monsters would laugh at such a thing? The animal who did it was identified. I hope he feels a outpouring of public anger over this and can never walk safely in public again. Can't believe they need permission to press charges. Just throw him in prison where he belongs.

Nobody even cared enough to intervene as it happened let alone after. I dont think hell have a problem going out in public, it seems this ignorance is supported in that part of town

The Police don't need the victim to file a complaint when they have a video that shows the act and proves premeditation in hand. If they don't charge that idiot, it's because they don't care.

Notice the one woman who stopped to check on the man and opened her phone to call the police.

There is a nice warm place for people who attack the helpless just for kicks. $1 says the attacker won't even live long enough to see his 30th birthday based on his behavior and that of his friends. Thugs don't live long and are typically the victims of their fellow thugs.

this is sad and unfortunate for that elderly man. This is the cause of torn down communities and non-existent healthy family structures. I do not advocate violence towards these people like some of you are doing, that solves nothing. I don't blame these kids, these communities need serious reform, education is the key to taming a beast.

No they don't look like animals! That would be insulting to animals to say that... animals don't taunt like that for fun. No cages for anything either please! Just shoot the evil MONSTERS who think it is tough to pick on an old man (I personally would be embarrassed).

Hope they get charged - even the ones that are caught laughing about the incident on the footage.
